Chipotle Mexican Grill resolved its pending lawsuit against Sweetgreen for trademark infringement after the saladmaker agreed to change the name of a new menu item.

“We are pleased that Sweetgreen has chosen to amend their materials in a manner that protects our trademarks and intellectual property, and therefore, we have both agreed to resolve the pending lawsuit,” Chipotle’s Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Laurie Schalow wrote in an email. “We will continue our vigilance in protecting our intellectual property in the marketplace.”

A Sweetgreen representative confirmed the company renamed the controversial bowl once called the “Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl” to the “Chicken + Chipotle Burrito Bowl” as part of the tentative agreement.

“We are looking forward to putting this lawsuit behind us as we continue to connect more people to real food,” the company said in an emailed statement.

Shares of the salad maker were up 8.2% at 2:14 p.m. in New York. CNBC earlier reported that Sweetgreen would rename the bowl.
