A Kraft Heinz and Unilever Merger Would Bring All These Brands Together

On Friday, Unilever rejected a massive $143 billion merger proposal from Chicago-based Kraft Heinz, but Kraft Heinz seems undeterred.

“While Unilever has declined the proposal, we look forward to working to reach agreement on the terms of a transaction,” Kraft said in a statement Friday. Kraft is owned by private equity titan 3G Capital, which is widely expected to do a major deal this year.

Some of Kraft Heinz’s biggest brands include Heinz Ketchup and Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, while Unilever counts Dove and Ben & Jerry’s among its well-known names. But those are just the tip of the iceberg for the two consumer goods giants. Here’s a list of the brands that would come together if Kraft and Unilever were to join up.
