Raiders owner Mark Davis said he is ready to commit $500 million to build a stadium in Las Vegas, reports Scott Bair of CSNBayArea.com.
Davis made the comments in a meeting with the Southern Nevada Tourism and Infrastructure Committee.
The Raiders have recently increased their efforts for a potential move to Las Vegas. The team has partnered with the Las Vegas Sands casino group and Majestic Realty to propose a $1.33 billion stadium less than a mile away from the Las Vegas strip.
The Raiders attempted moving to Los Angeles earlier this year, and could still potentially move there if the Chargers decline their option to do so in January 2017.
Oakland can get out of the lease of its current stadium after the 2016 season, and has one-year options to remain for both 2017 and 2018.
