As he gears up a presidential run, Jeb Bush needs to convince voters he’s much more than his last name. But the former two-term Florida governor is already borrowing a strategy from the brother and father he aspires to follow into the White House: Like presidents 41 and 43, who subdued their GOP rivals by smashing fundraising records, Jeb is hauling in eye-popping sums of campaign cash. He recently set a new bar, hosting the first-ever $100,000-a-plate event, to benefit his super PAC, at the Park Avenue home of takeover titan Henry Kravis.
