DewMobile, a Chinese provider of mobile-to-mobile file-sharing solutions, has raised $20 million in Series B funding. Backers include IDG Capital Partners, InnovationWorks and Northern Light Venture Capital. www.dewmobile.com

Egenera, a Boxborough, Mass.-based provider of converged infrastructure and cloud management software, has raised $16 million from Comvest Partners. www.egenera.com

XebiaLabs
, a Boston-based provider of software deployment automation solutions, has raised $12 million in Series A funding led by Updata Partners. www.xebialabs.com

aCommerce
, a Thai provider of e-commerce logistics and services, has raised $10.7 million in Series A funding. Inspire Ventures led the round, and was joined by Ardent Capital, Asia Pacific Digital, Sinar Mas Indonesia, Sumitomo Corporation Equity Asia Limited, Sinar Mas Indonesia and JL Capital.www.acommerce.asia

Fixstream Networks Inc., a San Jose, Calif.-based datacenter and cloud management platform, has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Tech Mahindra Ltd. www.fixstream.com

Mesosphere
, a developer of open-source software for managing large computer clusters, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. Andreessen Horowitz led the round, and was joined by Data Collective and Fuel Capital. www.mesosphere.com

Seres Health, a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of therapeutics based on human microbiome, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. The Mayo Clinic and Alexandria Venture Investments were joined by return backers Flagship Ventures and Enso Ventures. www.sereshealth.com

Allocadia Software
, a Vancouver-based provider of marketing performance management cloud software, has raised C$7 million in Series A funding co-led by Atlos Ventures and iNovia Capital.www.allocadia.com

Cheetah Medical Inc.
, a Newton, Mass.-based provider of non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring systems, has raised $5 million in VC funding from HighCape Partners.  www.cheetah-medical.com

FabZat, a French provider of an in-game shop for 3D printed customized figurines and related items, has raised $600,000 in seed funding led by Kima Ventures. www.fabzat.com

Private Equity Deals

Cinven has agreed to acquire Gas Natural Fenosa Telecomunicaciones (GNFT), a provider of fiber infrastructure and transmission services to telecom operators in Spain and Latin America, from Gas Natural Fenosa (‘GNF’) for a total consideration of €510 million. www.gasnaturalfenosa.com

G Square, a European private equity firm focused on the healthcare space, has purchased Sovereign Capital’s stake in Tracscare Group, a UK-based provider of residential care homes for those with mental health needs. No financial terms were disclosed. www.tracscare.co.uk

Monomoy Capital Partners
 and Kingsmoor LLC have partnered to acquire Plains Cotton Cooperative Association, a Littlefield, Texas–based maker of denim fabric and denim apparel products. No financial terms were disclosed. www.mcpfunds.com

Stone Point Capital has acquired LTCG, an Eden Prairie, Minn.–based provider of business process outsourcing for the long-term care insurance market, from Univita Health, a portfolio company of Genstar Capital. No financial terms were disclosed.

Sycamore Partners has acquired the Coldwater Creek brand and other intellectual property, with plans to re-launch the bankrupt retailer as an independent portfolio company. No financial terms were disclosed. www.sycamorepartners.com

TowerBrook Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Independent Clinical Services, a London-based provider of staffing, complex care services and administrative outsourcing for the healthcare sector, from The Blackstone Group. No financial terms were disclosed. www.ukics.com

Vista Equity Partners has agreed to acquire Autotask Corp., an East Greenbush, N.Y.-based provider of IT business management software. No financial terms were disclosed. Sellers include FA TechnologyVentures and JMI Equity. www.autotask.com

IPOs

Orion Engineered Carbons, a Germany-based producer of carbon black, has filed for a $300 million IPO. It plans to trade on the NYSE under ticker symbol OEC, with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs serving as lead underwriters. The company reports a net loss on less than $1 million on around $455 million in revenue for Q1 2014. Controlling shareholders are Rhone Capital and Triton Private Equity. www.orioncarbons.com

Vascular Biogenics Ltd., an Israel-based developer of drugs to treat cancer and immune-inflammatory diseases, has filed for a $75 million IPO. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol VBLX, with Deutsche Bank Securities and Wells Fargo serving as lead underwriters. Shareholders in the pre-revenue company include The Keffi Group (24% pre-IPO stake), Aurum Ventures (23.5%) and Pitango Ventures (11.7%). www.vblrx.com

M&A

Analog Devices (Nasdaq: ADI) has agreed to acquire Hittite Microwave Corp. (Nasdaq: HITT) for approximately $2 billion, or $78 per share (28.8% premium over Friday’s closing price).www.analogdevices.com

Carl Icahnon Friday disclosed a 9.4% stake in discount retailer Family Dollar Stores (NYSE: FDO), which today announced the adoption of a poison pill  provision. Read more.

Goodbaby International Holdings (HK: 1086) has agreed to acquire The Evenflo Co., a Ravenna, Ohio-based maker of juvenile products under such brands as Evenflo, Exersaucer and Snugli, for approximately $143 million. Sellers include Weston Presidio. www.eveflo.com

Man Group (LSE: EMG) has agreed to acquire Pine Grove Asset Management, a U.S. hedge fund manager with around $1 billion in assets under management. No financial terms were disclosed.www.man.com

Merck (NYSE: MRK) has agreed to acquire Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: IDIX), a developer of drugs to treat hepatitis C, for approximately $3.85 billion, or $24.50 per share (239% premium over Friday’s closing price). Read more.

Pegasystems (Nasdaq: PEGA) has acquired co-browsing app Firefly for an undisclosed amount.www.usefirefly.com

Tyson Foods Inc. (NYSE: TSN) appears to have beaten out Pilgrim’s Pride Corp. (NYSE: PPC) in the auction for Hillshire Brands Inc. (NYSE: HSH), by raising its offer to $8.6 billion, or $63 per share.Read more.
