Minted, a San Francisco-based online marketplace for independent design and, has raised $41 million in Series C funding. Technology Crossover Ventures led the round, and was joined by Allen & Co. and return backer Benchmark Capital. The company previously raised around $8 million.www.minted.com

Accela Inc., a San Ramon, Calif.-based provider of civic engagement solutions for government agencies, has raised $40 million in new equity funding led by Bregal Sagemount. www.accela.com

Anaqua, a Boston-based provider of intellectual asset management services and SaaS software, has raised $25 million in new VC funding from Bessemer Venture Partners. Earlier this year the company raised funding form Insight Venture Partners. www.anaqua.com

Biodesy Inc., a Burlingame, Calif.–based developer of systems to analyze real-time protein function for research and clinical applications, has raised $15 million in Series A funding from 5AM Ventures, Pfizer Venture Investments and Roche Venture Fund. www.biodesy.com

G1 Therapeutics Inc., a Chapel Hill, N.C.-based developer of small molecules for use in cancer therapy and biodefense applications, has raised $12.5 million in Series A funding. MedImmune Ventures led the round, and was joined by Hatteras Venture Partners and Mountain Group Capital. www.g1therapeutics.com

Stitch Fix, a San Francisco-based shopping startup that “provides women with the luxury of personal styling delivered right to their door,” has raised $12 million in Series B funding led by Benchmark.www.stitchfix.com

MapBox
, a customizable mapping platform based on open data sources for web and mobile application developers, has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Foundry Group. The company has offices in San Francisco and Washington, D.C. www.mapbox.com

Mintigo Ltd., a San Mateo, Calif.-based marketing intelligence platform, has raised $10 million in Series C funding. Adams Street Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Sequoia Capital and Giza Venture Capital. www.mintigo.com

ParStream, a Germany-based provider of a real-time database for big data analytics, has raised $8 million in Series B funding led by Khosla Ventures. www.parstream.com

Usermind, a Seattle-based enterprise startup focused on “revolutionizing business operations,” has raised $7.6 million in Series A funding. Andreessen Horowitz led the round, and was joined by Charles River Ventures and SV Angel. www.usermind.com

Inari Medical Inc., a developer of devices for the interventional treatment of cardiovascular disease, has raised $4.7 million in Series A funding led by Versant Ventures and U.S. Venture Partners. Inari Medical has been incubated by Inceptus Medical.

Personal, a Washington, D.C.-based digital vault and private network for people to store and manage important information and documents, has raised $4.5 million in new VC funding led by Bill Miller of Legg Mason. www.personal.com

Breathometer Inc., a Burlingame, Calif.-based smartphone breathalyzer, has raised nearly $2 million in seed funding from Structure Capital VC, Dillon Hill Capital and individual angels like Mark Cuban.www.breathometer.com

Viridis, a New York-based online platform for training and placing middle-skill workers, has raised an undisclosed amount of VC funding from Comcast Ventures, ULU Ventures and Expansion VC.
