3D Robotics, a San Diego-based unmanned aerial vehicle company led by ex-Wired editor Chris Anderson, has raised $30 million in Series B funding. True Ventures led the round, and was joined by Foundry Group and return backers OATV and SK Ventures. www.diydrones.com

Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corp., a Lexington, Mass.-based provider of products for the treatment of glaucoma, has raised $21 million in new VC funding. Return backers included Devon Park Bioventures, Rho Ventures, Care Capital, Medimmune Ventures and Pitango Venture Capital. The company also secured $7 million in venture debt led by Horizon Technology Finance Corp. www.inotekcorp.com

BlueData Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif.-based big data private cloud startup, has raised $15 million in Series B funding. Ignition Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Atlantic Bridge Ventures, Intel Capital, Amplify Partners and Data Collective. www.bluedatainc.com

Singulex Inc., an Alameda, Calif.-based developer of biomarker diagnostic systems, has raised $15 million in new equity funding from undisclosed backers. It also has secured up to a $40 million debt facility from Oxford Finance and Silicon Valley Bank. The company previously raised more than $50 million in VC funding since 2002, from firms like Fisk Ventures (48.11% stake), Jafco (13.41%), OrbiMed Advisors (26.31%) and Prolog Ventures (8.03%). It recently withdrew IPO registration.www.singulex.com

MyHero, a Singapore-based maker of a stock trading simulation app called TradeHero, has raised $10 million in Series A funding, according to TechCrunch. Backers include Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and IPV Capital.

VictorOps
, a Boulder, Colo.-based collaborative platform designed for DevOps teams, has raised $6.5 million in Series A funding. Costanoa Venture Capital led the round, and was joined by Foundry Group. www.victorops.com

Shopular, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based maker of a mobile app for saving money in stores, has raised $6.4 million in Series A funding from Sequoia Capital. www.shopular.com

Liftopia, a San Francisco-based online marketplace for the ski and mountain activity industry, has raised $5 million in new VC funding. Industry Ventures led the round, and was joined by ru-Net, Thayer Ventures, Marc Benioff, Spencer Rascoff Jeremy Stoppelman and Walter Winshall. Return backers include First Round Capital, Lowercase Capital, SK Ventures, Xandex and Erik Blachford.www.liftopia.com

Qstream, a Burlington, Mass.–based provider of mobile sales enablement and analytics solutions, has raised $2.85 million in Series A funding. Frontline Ventures led the round, and was joined by seed backer Launchpad Venture Group. www.qstream.com

FiscalNote, a College Park, Md.-based real-time government analysis startup, has raised $1.2 million in seed funding from First Round Capital’s Dorm Room Fund, New Enterprise Associates and Mark Cuban. www.fiscalnote.com

Sharecare, an Atlanta-based leading online health and wellness engagement platform, has raised an undisclosed amount of new funding from Heritage Group. The company has now raised a total of $91 million, including past investments from Galen Partners, New Evolution Partners, Herbert Mezzanine Partners and TomorrowVentures. www.sharecare.com
