Singulex Inc., an Alameda, Calif.-based developer of biomarker diagnostic systems, has raised $15 million in new equity funding from undisclosed backers. It also has secured up to a $40 million debt facility from Oxford Finance and Silicon Valley Bank. The company previously raised more than $50 million in VC funding since 2002, from firms like Fisk Ventures (48.11% stake), Jafco (13.41%), OrbiMed Advisors (26.31%) and Prolog Ventures (8.03%).
