Zuora, a Foster City, Calif.-based provider of SaaS solutions for subscription commerce companies, has raised $50 million in Series E funding. Next World Capital, Vulcan Capital and Northgate Capital were joined by return backers Benchmark, Greylock Partners, Index Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Shasta Ventures, Tenaya Capital, Dave Duffield (WorkdDay) and Marc Benioff (Salesforce.com). www.zuora.com

Hearsay Social
, a San Francisco-based enterprise social sales platform, has raised $30 million in Series C funding led by existing backers Sequoia Capital and New Enterprise Associates. The company has now raised $51 million in total VC funding. www.hearsaysocial.com

Ingram Medical
, a Salt Lake City-based provider of tech-enabled healthcare distribution business, has raised $30 million in Series B funding. Mercato Partners led the round, and was joined by Intermountain Healthcare and StepStone Group. www.ingrammedical.com

AlienVault
, a San Mateo, Calif.-based provider of unified security management solutions and crowdsourced threat intelligence, has raised $26.5 million in Series D funding. GGV Capital led the round, and was joined by Top Tier Capital,  Correlation Ventures and return backers Trident Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Sigma West and Adara Venture Partners. www.alienvault.com

ZeOmega Inc.
, a Frisco, Texas-based provider of software solutions for population healthcare management, has raised $21.5 million in growth equity funding. Bregal Sagemount led the round, and was joined by return backers BlueCross BlueShield Venture Partners and Sandbox Industries.www.zeomega.com

Wishabi, a Toronto-based digital circular platform for retailers, has raised US$15 million in Series B funding led by Insight Venture Partners. www.wishabi.com

Whisper
, a secret-sharing app, has raised $21 million in new VC funding. Sequoia Capital led the round, and was joined by return backer Lightspeed Venture Partners. TechCrunch reports that the deal includes $15 million in primary funding at a $60 million pre-money valuation, while the other $6 million was a secondary sale. www.whisper.sh

, a Chile-based insurance and financial services marketplace website for Latin America, has raised $11 million in Series B funding. Ribbit Capital led the round, and was joined by Endeavor Catalyst, Rise Capital and return backer Kaszek Ventures. www.ComparaOnline.com

, a St. Louis-based indoor location platform for retailers, has raised $6.3 million in Series A funding. Cultivation Capital led the round, and was joined by Don Dodge (Google), Plug & Play Ventures, the St. Louis Arch Angels, the Billiken Angels, and the Springfield Angel Network.www.aisle411.com

Think Through Learning,
 a Pittsburgh-based SaaS math instructional system, has raised $5.6 million in Series B funding led by SJF Ventures. www.thinkthroughmath.com

Y-Prime
, a Malvern, Penn.-based provider of SaaS solutions for managing scenarios used to collect clinical trial information, has raised $5 million from Ballast Point Ventures. www.y-prime.com

Boticca
, a London-based online marketplace that connects luxury fashion accessories designers with customers, has raised $4 million in Series A funding led by MMC Ventures. www.bottica.com

Tado
, a German maker of smart thermostats, has raised $2.6 million from existing backers Target Partners and Shortcut Ventures, according to TechCrunch. www.tado.com

Bugcrowd
, a San Francisco-based crowdsourced security startup, has raised $1.6 million in seed funding. Backers include Icon Venture Partners, Paladin Capital Group and Square Peg Capital.www.bugcrowd.com

AdYapper
, a Chicago-based provider of real-time analytics and viewability monitoring for display and mobile, has raised $1.2 million in seed funding. Backers include KGC Capital, David Cohen, Laurel Touby, Paul Sethi, Sameer Jagetia, Ari Newman, Vip Sandhir (Brown Capital) and Dave Lerner (Rugged Ventures). www.adyapper.com

Driveway Software
, a Boston-based provider of smartphone-based telematics solutions for the usage-based insurance market, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding. IMI VC and Altair Capital Management co-led the round, and were joined by Kernal Capital and Peter Wolken.www.drvway.com

Geoforce Inc., a Lewisville, Texas-based provider of asset tracking software for fleet vehicles and equipment, has raised “a significant growth equity investment” from Houston Ventures and Palmetto Partners. www.geoforce.com
