Enzymotec Ltd., an Israel-based nutritional ingredients and medical foods company, has filed for a $75 million IPO. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol ENZY, with BoA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies serving as lead underwriters. The company reports $4.7 million in net income on $28.7 million in revenue for the first half of 2013.
