ogies, a Chandler, Ariz.-based developer of magnetic RAM products, has raised $15 million in Series B funding. Investors include New Venture Partners, Sigma Partners, Lux Capital, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Epic Ventures. www.everspin.com

, a Chicago-based provider of cloud-based talent management solutions, has raised $16 million in new VC funding. Backers include Foundation Capital, Intel Capital, Azure Capital Partners, Keating Capital and Crosslink Ventures, SilkRoad has now raised a total of $145 million.www.silkroad.com

TheFamily, a French startup accelerator, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Index Ventures. TechCrunch reports that the investment is “just under” €1 million.” www.thefamily.co
