PlayOn Sports, an Atlanta-based high school sports media platform, has raised $26 million in Series D funding. Herff Jones Inc. led the round, and was joined by return backers Buckhead Investment Partners, Hamilton Ventures and Imlay Investments. www.playonsports.com

SynapDx Corp., a Southborough, Mass.-based developer of a blood-based diagnostic test for autism spectrum disorders, has raised $15.4 million in new VC funding led by Google Ventures. The company previously raised $8 million from LabCorp, North Bridge Venture Partners and General Catalyst Partners. www.synapdx.com

Alcresta, a Newton, Mass.-based medical nutrition company developing enzyme-based products for those suffering from acute conditions or chronic diseases, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Bessemer Venture Partners, Frazier Healthcare Ventures and Third Rock Ventures. www.alcresta.com

Contatta, a Phoenix-based CRM software startup, has raised $3.25 million in new VC funding from Kickstart Seed Fund and Grayhawk Venture Partners. www.contatta.com

Invenias, a British provider of cloud software for executive search and recruiting firms, has raised $1.5 million in Series A funding. MMC Ventures led the round, and was joined by individual angels.www.invenias.com

Coub, a Russia-based site that lets users loop short videos with music, has raised $1 million from Russian VC firms Brothers Ventures and Phenomen Ventures. www.coub.com

Expect Labs, a San Francisco-based platform for powering “intelligent digital assistants,” has raised an undisclosed amount of new VC funding from Liberty Global Ventures and IDG Ventures USA. Existing shareholders include Intel Capital, Samsung Venture Investment Corp. and Telefonica Digital. www.expectlabs.com
