Iron Mountain Inc. (NYSE: IRM) has acquired Information Storage Consolidation Co., a Carrollton, Texas-based records storage business, from Graycliff Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. www.isccllc.com

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
 has sold its remaining A$260 million stake in Australian television network operator Seven West Media Ltd. (ASX: SWM). www.kkr.com

Novo AS has acquired Xellia Pharmaceuticals, a Norway–based developer of anti-infective therapies, for approximately $700 million. Sellers include 3i Group and European Capital. www.xellia.com

Charlie Ergen, chairman of Dish Network (NYSE: DISH), has bid $2 billion for wireless “L-band” spectrum from bankrupt Lightsquared, according to multiple press reports. www.lightsquared.com

Ignyta Inc.
, a San Diego-based developer of personalized medicine in autoimmune diseases, has acquired Actagene Oncology Inc., a San Diego-based developer of personalized medicines for high unmet need cancer indications. No financial terms were disclosed. Ignyta shareholders include City Hill Ventures and Colt Ventures. www.ignyta.com

Powermat, a Michigan-based developer of wireless charging solutions, acquired Finnish rivalPowerKiss for an undisclosed amount. Powermat backers include Procter & Gamble and GM Venture, while Powerkiss shareholders included Veraventures. www.powermat.com

NanoString Technologies Inc., a Seattle-based developer of molecular diagnostic products and tools for translational research, has filed for an $86.25 million IPO. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol NSTG, with J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley serving as lead underwriters. The company reports a $17.7 million net loss on nearly $23 million in revenue for 2012, compared to an $11 million net loss on nearly $18 million in 2011 revenue. It has raised around $88 million in VC funding, from Clarus Ventures (36.02% pre-IPO stake), OVP Venture Partners (23.08%), Draper Fisher Jurvetson (19.96%), AllianceBernstein, Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, GE Healthymagination Fund, BioMed Ventures and Henri Termeer. www.nanostring.com
