TubeMogul, an Emeryville, Calif.-based video marketing company, has raised $20 million in Series C funding. Northgate Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Trinity Ventures and Foundation Capital. The company previously raised $15 million. www.tubemogul.com

Sightly, a Temecula, Calif.-based local video platform, has raised $5.6 million in VC funding. Bright Capital Digital led the round, and was joined by Foresight Ventures and return backers Floodgate, Tomorrow Ventures, Bullpen Capital, Mack Capital and 500 Startups.

Fisoc Inc., an Austin, Texas-based provider of social media tools for financial institutions, has raised $5 million in Series C funding. Backers include Greycroft Partners, KEC Holdings, Daylight Partners and Metamorphic Ventures. www.fisoc.com

bMobilized, a cloud-based do-it-yourself technology platform, has raised $2.5 million in new Series A funding from return backers Alliance Venture, Investinor and Alden AS. The New York-based company previously raised $1.5 million. www.bMobilized.com

2nd Watch, a Liberty Lake, Wash.-based provider of cloud-based IT services for small and mid-market businesses, has raised $4.2 million in new VC funding led by Madrona Venture Group. www.2ndwatch.com

Hover, a Los Altos, Calif.-based company focused on crowd-sourced 3D imagry, has raised $2.1 million in new VC funding, according to a regulatory filing. No investor information was disclosed. www.hoverinc.com

23andMe, a Mountain View, Calif.-based personal genetics company, raised nearly $58 million in Series D funding, according to a regulatory filing. We previously reported that it had raised $50 million, from Yuri Milner and return backers Sergey Brin, 23andMe CEO Anne Wojcicki, New Enterprise Associates, Google Ventures and MPM Capital. www.23andme.com
