1stdibs, an online antiques and art marketplace, has raised $42 million in new VC funding, according to WSJ. Index Ventures and Spark Capital are co-leading the round, and are joined by return backer Benchmark Capital. www.1stdibs.com

Smartsheet.com Inc., a Belleview, Wash.-based online collaboration provider, has raised $26 million from Insight Venture Partners and Madrona Venture Group. www.smartsheet.com

Rent the Runway, a New York-based website for dress and accessory rentals, has raised $20 million in new VC funding. Advance Publications led the round, and was joined by Bain Capital Ventures, Highland Capital Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. The company previously raised $31 million. www.renttherunway.com

NanoString Technologies Inc., a Seattle-based developer of molecular diagnostic products and tools for translational research, has raised $15.3 million in Series E funding. Morgan Stanley Expansion Capitaland AllianceBernstein were joined by return backers Clarus Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, OVP Venture Partners, GE Healthymagination Fund, BioMed Ventures and Henri Termeer.www.nanostring.com

Nantero Inc., a Woburn, Mass.-based company that uses carbon nanotubes to develop semiconductor devices, has raised more than $10 million in Series D funding. Return backers include Charles River Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Globespan Capital Partners, Stata Venture Partners and Harris & Harris Group. www.nantero.com

Wikia, a San Francisco-based collaborative media platform, has raised $10 million in Series C funding.Institutional Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Bessemer Ventures Partners and Amazon.com. www.wikia.com

Plivo, a San Francisco-based voice and messaging applications platform, has raised $1.75 million in seed funding from Andreessen Horowitz, Battery Ventures, Qualcomm Inc. and SV Angel. www.plivo.com

TrueLens, a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of social data analytics for brands, has raised $1.2 million in first-round funding led by Google Ventures. www.truelens.com

Fitness Interactive Experience, a developer of health activity games, has raised an undisclosed amount of seed funding from BVM Capital. www.fix-fit.com

Update: On Friday we reported that NoMoreRack, a New York-based deep-discount apparel retailer, has raised $12 million in VC funding, according to a regulatory filing. According to a subsequent press release, the round was led by Giosis Gmarket. www.nomorerack.com
