MindBody, a San Luis Obispo, Calif.–based provider of online business management software, has raised $35 million in new VC funding. Institutional Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Catalyst Investors and Bessemer Venture Partners. www.mindbody.com

Fab.com, a New York-based flash sales site, has raised $15 million in new VC funding from VTB Capitaland Phenomen Ventures, according to TechCrunch. The company previously raised around $155 million from Atomico, Pinnacle Ventures, ru-Net Technology Partners, Mayfield Fund, DoCoMo Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures, Baroda Ventures and First Round Capital. www.fab.com

Advanced Cell Diagnostics Inc., a Hayward, Calif.-based provider of cell-and tissue-based diagnostic tests for personalized medicine, has raised $12 million in Series B funding. New Leaf Venture Partnersled the round, and was joined by return backer Morningside Ventures. www.acdbio.com

Dollar Shave Club, a subscription razor delivery service, has raised $9.8 million in Series A funding.Venrock led the round, and was joined by return backers like Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Andreessen Horowitz and Shasta Ventures. www.dollarshaveclub.com

iSocket, a Burlingame, Calif.-based startup focused on programmatic direct buying and selling of online advertising, has raised $8 million in Series A funding. Foundry Group led the round, and was joined by Costanoa Venture Capital and return backers DFJ, SoftTech, Accelerator, Quest and Blumberg Capital.www.isocket.com

Resolve Therapeutics, a Seattle-based biotech startup focused on lupus treatments, has raised $5.8 million in Series B funding. Existing backer New Science Ventures led the round, and was joined by Easton Capital and new investor WRF Capital. www.resolvebio.com

Blue Box, a Seattle-based provider of cloud and hosting services for large traffic loads, has raised $3.5 million in first-round funding led by Voyager Capital. www.bluebox.net

Pirq, a Kirkland, Wash.-based mobile platform for delivering instant deals at local businesses, has raised $1.2 million in second-round funding. No investor information was disclosed. www.pirq.com
