Hanergy Holding of China has acquired MiaSolé, a Santa Clara, Calif.-based maker of CIGS thin-film photovoltaic solar panels. The deal was valued at approximately $30 million. MiaSolé had raised over $455 million in VC funding from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Firelake Capital Management, Nippon Koatsu Electric Co., VantagePoint Capital Partners, Garage Technology Ventures, Atlas Venture and ArcelorMittal. www.miasole.com

Amerigroup Corp. (NYSE: AGP) has agreed to sell its managed care operations in Virginia to Inova. No financial terms were disclosed. The divestiture was prompted by anti-trust concerns related to Amerigroup’s pending $4.46 billion acquisition by WellPoint Inc. (NYSE: WLP). www.amerigroup.com

Morgenthaler Private Equity has sold Avtron Industrial Automation Inc., a Cleveland–based provider of control and automation solutions for heavy industrial equipment, to Nidec Corp. (NYSE: NJ). No financial terms were disclosed. www.avtron.com

Motion EquityPartners (f.k.a. Cognetas) has agreed to sell Ixetic Verwaltungs GmbH, a German maker of pumps for the auto industry, to Magna International Inc. (TSX: MG). No financial terms were disclosed. Ixetic reports around €300 million in 2011 sales. www.ixetic.com

Amaya Gaming Group Inc. (TSX: AYA) has agreed to acquire Ongame, a digital poker network, frombwin.party for upwards of €25 million (including a €15m up-front payment). www.amayagaming.com

Arrium
 (ASX: ARI), an Australian mining company, has rejected a $1 billion takeover offer from Noble Group and POSCO (South Korea), saying that it undervalues the company.

Crédit Agricole announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations to sell its Greek unit, Emporiki, to Alpha Bank. www.credit-agricole.com

Nexon Co. (Tokyo: 3659) has agreed to acquire mobile games developer Gloops for ¥36.5 billion (US$469m) in cash. www.nexon.net

3M Co. (NYSE: MMM) has agreed to acquire Ceradyne Inc. (Nasdaq: CRDN), a Costa Mesa, Calif.–based maker of technical ceramics. The deal is valued at $860 million, or $35 per share (43% premium to Friday’s closing price). www.3m.com

Integrys Energy Group (NYSE: TEG) has agreed to acquire Fox Energy Co., a dual-fuel facility in Wisconsin, from GE and Tyr Energy Inc. for $440 million. www.integrysgroup.com

Softbank Corp. plans to acquire smaller Japanese wireless rival eAccess Ltd. via a $2.6 billion share swap. www.softbank.com
