FORTUNE: On Wednesday 9to5Mac‘s Mark Gurman posted on YouTube a slickly produced Apple (AAPL) video that promotes not a product but the company itself.

It’s largely narrated by Joel Podolny, the former dean of the Yale School of Management who joined Apple in 2009 to run Apple University, the company’s in-house executive training program.
The 4:30-minute film offers a rare chance to see inside One Infinite Loop and to hear from some of the more than 10,000 people who work there.
