KupiVIP, a Russian flash sales site for luxury goods, has raised $38 million in new VC funding, according to TechCrunch. Intel Capital led the round, and was joined Acton Capital Partners and the European Bank of Reconstruction and return backers Accel Partners and Balderton Capital. The company has now raised over $100 million. www.kupivip.ru

Bromium Inc., a Cupertino, Calif.-based provider of virtualization and security technology, has raised $26.5 million in Series B funding. Highland Capital Partners led the round, and was joined by Intel Capital and return backers Andreessen Horowitz and Ignition Ventures. www.bromium.com

FlatFrog Laboratories, a Swedish developer of touch screen technologies, has raised €20 million in new VC funding. Intel Capital led the round, and was joined by return backer Invus. www.flatfrog.com

Kaazing, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of enterprise Web communication solutions via Websockets, has raised $17 million in new VC funding. No investor information was disclosed.www.kaazing.com

CloudOn, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based mobile productivity startup, has raised $16 million in Series B funding.The Social+Capital Partnership led the round, and was joined by Translink Capital and return backers Foundation Capital and Rembrandt Venture Partners. www.cloudon.com

Yesware, a Cambridge, Mass.-based email tracking system for salespeople, has raised $4 million in Series A funding. IDG Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Google Ventures, Foundry Group and Golden Venture Partners. www.yesware.com

Pathbrite, a San Francisco-based “digital portfolio” startup, has raised $2.5 million in Series A funding from Rethink Education and college assessment company ACT. www.pathbrite.com

TravelRent, a Moscow-based online service for short-term apartment rentals, has raised $2 million in VC funding from Frontier Ventures. www.travelrent.com

Binwise, a San Francisco-based provider of cloud-based beverage management solutions for restaurants, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding from Auster Capital Partners.www.binwise.com

UniversityNow, a San Francisco–based provider of online degree programs, has raised an “eight-digit figure” round of venture capital led by University Ventures, a fund sponsored by Bertelsmann.www.universitynow.com
