Skybox Imaging, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of satellite imaging, has raised $70 million in Series C funding. Canaan Partners and Norwest Venture Partners co-led the round, and were joined by Khosla Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners. The company previously raised $21 million.www.skyboximaging.com

Eucalyptus Systems, a Santa Barbara, Calif.-based on-premise cloud computing platform, has raised $30 million in Series C funding. Institutional Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Benchmark Capital, BV Capital and New Enterprise Associates. www.eucalyptus.com

Coursera, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of free online classes from top universities and professors, has raised $16 million in VC funding from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and New Enterprise Associates. www.coursera.com

Privia Health LLC, a physician-based wellness and care management company, has raised $12.3 million in Series B funding led by Health Enterprise Partners. www.priviahealth.com

Reach Health Inc., an Alpharetta, Ga.-based provider of telemedicine technology solutions for hospitals, has raised $4 million in Series B funding. Return backers include Council Capital, BIP Opportunities Fund and C&B Capital. www.reachhealth.com

Threadflip, a San Francisco-based fashion discovery site, has raised $1.6 million in seed funding. First Round Capital and Baseline Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by Dave Morin, Forerunner Ventures, Greylock Discovery Fund and Andreessen Horowitz Seed Fund. www.threadflip.com

TransferWise, a London-based money transfer startup, has raised $1.3 million in seed funding from IA Ventures, Index Ventures, Kima Ventures, Seedcamp, The Accelerator Group and Max Levchin.www.transferwise.com

ViralNinjas, a Quebec-based user acquisition platform, has raised C$750,000 in seed funding fromReal Ventures and FIER-Soutien Relève. www.viralninjas.com

ReadyPulse, a Bellevue, Wash.-based brand advocacy platform, has raised an undisclosed amount of first-round funding led by Moxie Software. www.readypulse.com
