Harvest Power, a Waltham, Mass.-based provider of renewable energy and fertilizer products from organic waste, has raised $110 million in new funding. True North Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by American Refining and Biochemical Inc. and return backers like Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, DAG Ventures and Generation Investment Management. The company previously raised around $75 million. www.harvestpower.com

Conduit, an Israel-based provider of engagement solutions for web and mobile publishers, has secured around $100 million from J.P. Morgan Asset Management at a $1.3 billion post-money valuation. www.conduit.com

Viadeo a Paris-based professional social network, has raised $32 million in Series D funding. Backers include French Sovereign Fund, the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement, Allianz and Jefferies. www.viadeo.com

Voxer, a walkie-talkie application for smartphones, has raised more than $30 million in new VC funding, according to TechCrunch. Backers include Institutional Venture Partners, Intel Capital, SV Angel, CrunchFund, Chris Dixon and Roger McNamee. www.voxer.com

41st Parameter, a Scottsdale, Ariz.–based provider of device recognition solutions for fraud prevention and online audience identification, has raised $13 million in Series D funding. Georgian Partners was joined by return backers Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Northwest Venture Partners and Jafco Ventures. www.the41.com

H. Bloom, a subscription-based flower delivery service, has raised $10 million in Series B funding. Shasta Ventures led the round, and was joined by existing investors Battery Ventures, Brian Lee (founder of LegalZoom, ShoeDazzle and Honest Co.), Thomas Lehrman (founder and ex-CEO of Gerson Lehrman Group) and Peter Lehrman (founder and CEO of AxialMarkets). Bill Schuh (VP of sales at SunRun) also participated as a new investor. www.hbloom.com

Alarm Capital Alliance, a Media, Penn.-based residential and small commercial security company, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Norwest Venture Partners. www.alarmcapital.com

Outrigger Media, a New York-based provider of online video marketing solutions, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding led by Spring Mountain Capital. www.OpenSlateStudios.com
