Danaher Corp. (NYSE:DHR) has agreed to acquire X-Rite Inc. (Nasdaq: XRIT), a provider of color measurement technology. The deal is valued at approximately $625 million (including assumed debt), or $5.55 per share (38.75% premium to yesterday’s closing price). www.danaher.com
TE Connectivity Ltd. has agreed to sell its Professional Services business to BlueStream Professional Services, an affiliate of KGP Logistics, for $23.5 million.
