Genalyte Inc., a San Diego-based developer of multiplexing technology for autoimmune and immunoassay applications, has raised $11.8 million in Series B funding. Redmile Group and Claremont Creek Ventures co-led the round. www.genalyte.com

FRX Polymers Inc., a Chelmsford, Mass.-based maker of environmentally-friendly flame-retardant plastic, has raised $11 million in new Series B funding, bringing the round total to $26.7 million. DB Masdar Fund and BASF Venture Capital co-led the new tranche, and were joined by return backers Capricorn Cleantech Fund and Israel Cleantech Ventures. www.frxpolymers.com

Everything.me, a San Francisco-based developer of mobile search technology, has raised $3.5 million in new VC funding led by Horizons Ventures. It previously raised $9 million from Draper Fisher Jurvetson, BRM Group and DFJTFV. www.everything.me
