LensAR Inc., an Orlando, Fla.-based developer of laser systems for cataract surgery, has raised $24 million in new VC funding from Aisling Capital and Florida Growth Fundwww.lensar.com

Virtustream Inc., a San Francisco–based provider of enterprise cloud solutions, has raised $15 million in new VC funding. QuestMark Capital was joined by return backers Intel Capital, Columbia Capital, Noro-Moseley Partners and TDF. The company previously raised $60 million. www.virtustream.com

Allylix Inc., a San Diego-based green chemical company focused on terpene products, has raised $18.2 million in fourth-round funding. BASF Venture Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Tate & Lyle Ventures, Avrio Ventures and Cultivian Ventures. www.allyix.com

InvestLab, a Hong Kong-based developer of an open trading platform, has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by VantagePoint Capital Partnerswww.investlab.com

LineStream Technologies Inc., a Cleveland-based developer of software-based control solutions, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series B funding. U.S. Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backer Early Stage Partners. www.linestream.com

Jiff Inc., a Palo Alto. Calif.-based creator of a social network for healthcare providers and patients, has raised $7.5 million in Series A funding, according to VentureWire. Aeris Capital led the round, and was joined by seed backer Aberdare Ventures. www.jiff.com

Halt Medical Inc., a Livermore, Calif.-based medical device company focused on women’s health, has secured $20 million of a planned $50 million private equity and debt financing. American Capital Strategies led the first close. Halt Medical previously raised around $23 million. www.haltmedical.com
