Advent International and Goldman Sachs Capital Partners have agreed to acquire TransUnion Corp., a provider of information management and risk management solutions, from Madison Dearborn Partnersand the Pritzker family. The deal values TransUnion at over $3 billion, and is expected to close by the end of Q2.
