Aurora Capital Group has acquired the Alltub Group, a French provider of collapsible aluminum tubing. No financial terms were disclosed. Lee Bouygues Partners advised Alltub on the deal. www.auroracap.com

The Carlyle Group has acquired a 42% stake in Alamar Foods, a Saudi Arabian franchise operator for Domino’s Pizza and Wendy’s restaurants in the MENA region. No financial terms were disclosed. www.carlyle.com

Industrial Opportunity Partners has acquired Toledo Molding & Die Inc., a Toledo, Ohio-based maker of molded thermoplastic components and assemblies such as interior cockpit modules and air and fluid management products for the auto industry. No financial terms were disclosed. www.iopfund.com

LaSalle Capital Partners has acquired Pacific Maintenance Services Inc., a Redlands, Calif.-based provider of floor care and other outsourced building maintenance services to grocery store chains in Southern California. SFW Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Buyers Laboratory Inc., a Hackensack, N.J.–based provider of analytical testing and competitive intelligence services to the digital imaging and document management industry. No financial terms were disclosed. www.sfwcap.com

Spectrum Equity Investors and Trident Capital have invested $56 million to acquire a majority stake in HealthMEDX, an Ozark, Mont.-based provider of long term and post-acute care technology. www.healthmedx.com

Thomas H. Lee Partners is in pole position to acquire a group of consumer health assets from GlaxoSmithKline PLC, according to Bloomberg. www.gsk.com

USI Insurance Services, a portfolio company of GS Capital Partners, has acquired Bluff Head Enterprises Inc., a Wakefield, R.I.-based employee benefit consulting and brokerage firm specializing in middle-market businesses. No financial terms were disclosed. www.usi.biz
