DealsandYou, an India-based group buying site, has raised $17 million in Series B funding. Mayfield Fund and Norwest Venture Partners co-led the round, and were joined by Nokia Growth Partners and Intel Capital. www.dealsandyou.com
Kontagent, a San Francisco-based provider of enterprise user analytics, has raised $12 million in Series B funding. Battery Ventures led the round, and was joined by Maverick Capital and Altos Ventures.www.kontagent.com

Avaxia Biologics Inc., a Lexington, Mass.-based developer of oral antibody drugs that act locally within the gastrointestinal tract, has raised $2.2 million in Series A funding. Cherrystone Angels led the round, and was joined by Boston Harbor Angels. www.avaxiabiologics.com

Scribble Technologies Inc., a Toronto-based provider of real-time content publishing and delivery solutions, has raised C$4 million in new VC funding. Summerhill Venture Partners led the round and was joined by Rogers Ventures. www.scribblelive.com

MinoMonsters Inc., a San Francisco-based mobile gaming startup, has raised $1 million in seed funding from Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, Y Combinator, Yuri Milner, General Catalyst Partners and Ignition Partners. www.minomonsters.com

Dispatch, a New York-based provider of cloud-based file sharing solutions, has raised nearly $1 million in seed funding. Thrive Capital led the round, and was joined by SV Angel, Lerer Ventures, Zelkova Ventures and individual angels. www.dispatch.io

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10

WhaleShark Media, an Austin, Texas-based online coupon and deals marketplace, has raised $150 million in new VC funding led by J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Institutional Venture Partners. The company previously raised nearly $150 million from Google Ventures, Austin Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners and Adams Street Partners. www.whalesharkmedia.com

Beyond the Rack, a Montreal-based members-only “flash sale”site, has raised US$36.6 million in second-round funding. Panorama Capital led the round, and was joined by Export Development Canada, Tandem Expansion Fund, Rho Canada, Inovia Capital and return backers Highland Capital Partners and BDC Venture Capital. www.beyondtherack.com

Parse
, a San Francisco-based provider of tech stacks to power the backend of mobile apps, has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding led by Ignition Partners. The company previously raised $1.5 million in seed funding from Y Combinator and individual angels. www.parse.com

Shareaholic, a Cambridge, Mass.-based browser plug-in to enable content sharing, has raised $1.9 million in seed funding. Nextview Ventures and General Catalyst Partners were joined by individual angels like Dave McClure, Dharmesh Sha and Roy Rodenstein. www.shareaholic.com

Intent Media, a New York-based provider or “user intent” solutions for online commerce sites, has raised $20 million in second-round funding from Redpoint Ventures and Matrix Partners.www.intentmedia.com

Inova Labs, an Austin, Texas-based maker of medical devices to treat Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, has raised $17.5 million in Series B funding. Latterell VenturePartners led the round, and was joined by Gilde Healthcare Partners and return backer Three Arch Partners.www.lifechoiceoxygen.com

Bitzer Mobile, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based enterprise mobility startup, has raised $4.75 million in first-round funding. Acero Capital led the round, and was joined by Chevron Technology Ventures.www.bitzermobile.com

Schematic Labs, a San Francisco–based provider of mobile social entertainment apps like SoundTracking, has raised $4.75 million in Series A funding. Accel Partners led the round, and was joined by True Ventures and SoftBank Capital. www.accel.com

Provive, a Mexican company that acquires, refurbishes and sells foreclosed houses in low-income areas, has raised $3.3 million from the IGNIA Fund. www.provive.mx

Koupon Media
, a Dallas-based startup that delivers digital coupons via mobile devices, has raised $2 million in Series A funding. DFJ Mercury led the round, and was joined by the Matthew Pritzker Co.www.kouponmedia.com

MineralTree, a Boston-based provider of a cloud-based banking and payment solution for SMEs, has raised $1.5 million in VC funding led by .406 Ventures. www.mineraltreet.com

Tinkercad, a Helsinki-based developer of a browser-based 3D printing CAD, has raised $1 million in seed funding led by True Ventures. www.tinkercad.com

Aspiring Minds
, an India-based employability assessment company, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series A funding from Omidyar Network. www.aspiringminds.in

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8

Cloudera, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based provider of Apache Hadoop-based data management software and services, has raised $40 million in Series D funding. Ignition Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Accel Partners, Greylock Partners, Meritech Capital Partners and In-Q-Tel. Pivot Medical
, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based provider of minimally-invasive hip restoration solutions, has raised $32 million in Series C funding. Montreux Equity Partners led the round, and was joined by return backer Ivy Capital Partners. www.pivotmedical.com

Tinubu Square
, a French cloud computing company in the credit risk management sector, has raised €11.3 million in new VC funding from Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement (FSI). The company previously raised capital from GIMV. www.tinubu.com

, a Vancouver–based provider of web content optimization solutions, has raised C$10 million in Series B funding. No investor information was disclosed. www.strangeloop.com

PunchTab Inc., a Palo Alto, Calif.-based instant loyalty platform for bloggers and businesses has raised $4.4 million in Series A funding led by Mohr Davidow Ventures. www.punchtab.com

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7

NanoString Technology Inc., a Seattle-based developer of molecular diagnostics and life sciences tools for translational research, has raised $20 million in Series D funding. GE Healthymagination Fund, BioMed Ventures and former Genzyme CEO Henri Termeer were joined by return backers Clarus Ventures, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and OVP Venture Partners. www.nanostring.com

Urban Airship
, a Portland, Or-based provider of mobile apps for raising brand awareness, has raised $15.1 million in Series C funding. Verizon and SalesForce.com were joined by return backers Foundry Group and True Ventures. Kickanotch Mobile
, a Kansas City-based mobile broadcasting and publishing app, has raised $1.1 million in Series A funding led by 42 Ventures. www.kickanotch.com

Quantenna Communications Inc.
, a Fremont, Calif.-based provider of WiFi video networking for home entertainment, has raised an undisclosed amount of strategic funding from Telefónica Digital. The company previously raised around $86 million from DAG Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Sigma Partners, Southern Cross Venture Partners and Venrock.
