Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh hit The Colbert Report last night, to pitch his new book “Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion and Purpose.” Colbert asked the typical Zappos questions, like if Hsieh has “child brides” and if the company likes to hire someone with a “pet snake around his shoulders.”
Seems the answer to both of those questions was “no,” with Hsieh saying that Zappos looks for employees who are “a little weird, not psycho snake weird.” Here’s the full clip:
