Cvent, a McLean, Va.-based SaaS provider of online event management and venue selection solutions, has raised $136 million in VC funding co-led by New Enterprise Associates and Insight Venture Partners. www.cvent.com

Tango, a Boulder, Colo.-based mobile video communication service, has raised $42 million in Series B funding led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson. www.tango.com

Gaikai Inc., a Los Angeles-based developer of interactive gaming network infrastructure, has raised $30 million in Series C funding. New Enterprise Associates led the round, and was joined by Qualcomm and return backers Benchmark Capital, Intel Capital and Rustin Canyon. www.gaikai.com

ZestCash Inc., a Los Angeles-based provider of credit alternatives to the underbanked, has raised $19 million in Series A funding. Lightspeed Venture Partners and GRP Partners co-led the round, and were joined by Flybridge Capital Partners. The company also said that it has secured $8 million in debt financing from Lighthouse Capital Partners. www.zestcash.com

Unity Technologies, a San Francisco-based provider of a gaming and interactive 3D development platform, has raised $12 million in Series B funding. WestSummit Capital and iGlobe Partners co-led the round, and were joined by return backer Sequoia Capital. www.unity3d.com

Domain Holdings, a Delray Beach, Fla.-based provider of domain lifecycle management and monetization solutions, has raised $2.9 million in Series A funding. Backers include Valhalla Partners, WWC Capital and BrokersWeb. www.domainholdings.com

Nearbuy Systems, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based provider of solutions for the indoor “micro-location” market, has raised $1 million in VC funding from Motorola Solutions Venture Capital, Innovation Eneavors and Metamorphic Ventures. www.nearbuysystems.com

Dubset.com, a New York-based site that lets users legally stream exclusive DJ music mixes, has raised $500,000 in seed funding from Governing Dynamics VC and individual angels. www.dubset.com

WEDNESDAY, JULY 20

Essence Group Holdings Corp., a St. Louis-based provider of technologies and services for accountable healthcare providers, has raised $61 million in new funding from such firms as Camden Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. www.lumeris.com

Nevro Corp., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based neuromodulation company focused on relief of chronic pain, has raised $58 illion in new VC funding. Johnson & Johnson Development Corp. led the round, and was joined by return backers Aberdare Ventures, Accuitive Medical Ventures, Bay City Capital, Mayo Clinic, MPM Capital, and Three Arch Partners. www.nevro.com

Acquia Inc., a Woburn, Mass.-based provider of community site-building solutions for companies, has raised $15 million in Series D funding. Tenaya Capital was joined by return backers North Bridge Venture Partners and Sigma Partners. www.acquia.com

SynapSense Corp., a Folsom, Calif.-based provider of energy efficiency-focused data center infrastructure management solutions, has raised $16 million in Series C funding. Crosslink Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Aeris Capital, Emerald Technology Ventures, GE Energy Financial Services, Nth Power, Robert Bosch Venture Capital and Sequoia Capital.www.synapsense.com

NanoMR, an Albequerque, N.M.-based developer of diagnostic systems for identification of pathogens in blood, has raised $13 million in new VC fuinding. Excel Venture Management led the round, and was joined by Healthcare Ventures and return backers vSpring Capital, Dow Chemical Co. and Sun Mountain Capital. www.nanomr.com

SupersonicAds, an Israel-based social in-game advertising platform, has raised $4.2 million in first-round funding led by Greylock Israel. www.supersonicads.com

Vserv, an India-based provider of mobile in-app advertising solutions, has raised $3 million in Series A funding from IDG Ventures India. www.vserv.mobi

TUESDAY, JULY 19

Reputation.com, a Redwood City, Calif.-based provider of online reputation management and privacy control solutions, has raised $41 million in Series D funding. August Capital led the round, and was joined by Insight Venture Partners and return backers Bessemer Venture Partners, Jafco Ventures and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. The company previously raised over $24 million. www.reputation.com

eCullet Inc., a Palo Alto, Calif.-based glass processing startup, has raised $38 million in new VC funding. DB Masdar Clean Tech Fund led the round, and was joined by return backers like Angeleno Group. www.ecullet.com

NewComLink, an Austin, Texas-based provider of retail credit access technology, has raised $10 million in Series B funding from Austin Ventures and StarVest Partners. www.newcomlink.com

Capriza, an Israel-based, has raised over $10 million in VC funding from Andreessen Horowitz, as first reported by The Marker. www.a16z.com

WorldStores, a UK-based ecommerce company focuased on the home and garden market,, has raised £8.5 million in second-round funding. Advent Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backer Balderton Capital. www.worldstores.co.uk

JOOR, a members-only wholesale site for fashion brands, has raised $2.25 million in Series A funding, according to TechCrunch. Battery Ventures led the round, and was joined by Lerer Ventures, Great Oaks VC, Landis Capital and Forerunner Ventures. www.joor.com

MONDAY, JULY 18

SARcode Bioscience Inc., a Brisbane, Calif.-based ophthalmic biopharmaceutical company, has raised $44 million in Series B funding. Sofinnova Ventures led the round, and was joined by Rho Ventures and return backers  Alta Partners and Clarus Ventures. www.sarcode.com

MoboTap, a San Francisco-based developer of the Dolphin web browser, has raised $10 million in Series A funding. Sequoia Capital led the round, and was joined by Matrix Partners. www.mobotap.com

Intervention Insights, a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based company focused on therapeutic interventions for cancer patients that are applied by community physicians, has raised $7.2 million in Series B funding. Beringea and Chrysalis Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by return backers Hopen Life Sciences and Michigan Accelerator Fund. www.interventioninsights.com

Ziften Technologies, an Austin, Texas-based provider of enterprise system efficiency solutions, has raised $5.8 million in Series A funding from Fayez Sarofim & Co. and Trellis Partners. www.ziften.com

Shelby.tv, a social video sharing and discovery startup, has raised $1.5 million in first-round funding. Avalon Ventures led the round, and was joined by individual angels like Tom Draper, Dave Morgan, Mike Lazerow, Jerry Colonna and Allen Morgan. www.shelby.tv
