Transcend Medical Inc., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based developer of medical devices to treat glaucoma, has raised $16 million in new Series B funding. The round now stands at $51 million. Investor Growth Captial was joined by return backers HLM Venture Partners, Canaan Partners, Latterell Venture Partners, Technology Partners and return backers Morgenthaler Ventures and Split Rock Partners.www.transcendmedical.com

SupportSpace, an Israel-based provider of online IT support services, has raised $12 million in third-round funding. Return backers include Emergence Capital Partners, BRM Capital and Gemini Israel.www.supportspace.com

Jaspersoft Inc., a San Francisco-based provider of business intelligence software, has raised $11 million in Series F funding. Red Hat and SAP Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by fellow return backers Doll Capital Management, Morgenthaler Ventures, Partech International, Scale Venture Partners and Adams Street Partners. New investor quest Software also participated. The company previously raised $46 million. www.jaspersoft.com

Umber Systems, a provider of carrier and network analytics, has merged with Ground Truth, a provider of mobile Internet usage research. The combined company also has raised $8 million from orth Bridge Venture Partners, Steamboat Ventures, Voyager Capital, Emergence Capital and OpenAir Equity Partners. www.umbersystems.com

ParkatmyHouse.com, a British online parking marketplace, has raised an undisclosed amount of  VC funding from BMW Ventures. www.parkatmyhouse.com

THURSDAY, JULY 14

Domo Technologies, a Salt Lake City-based SaaS startup from Omniture co-founder Josh James, has raised $33 million in Series A funding from Benchmark Capital. The company previously raised $10 million in angel funding.The company says its SaaS solutions are designed to “drive value from… traditional business intelligence systems.” www.domo.com

Verastem Inc., a Boston-based developer of oncology drugs that target cancer stem cells, has raised $32 million in Series B funding. Advanced Technology Ventures and Astellas Venture Managementco-led the round, and were joined by return backers Longwood Founders Fund, Bessemer Venture Partners, Cardinal Partners and MPM Capital. www.verastem.com

Nimble Storage, A San Jose, Calif.-based provider of converged storage and backup solutions, has raised $25 million in Series D funding. Artis Capital Management led the round, and was joined by return backers Accel Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Sequoia Capital. www.nimblestorage.com

DVS Sciences Inc., a developer of multi-parameter single-cell analyzers and reagents for biological research and clinical applications, has raised US$14.6 million in Series A funding. Backers include 5AM Ventures, Pfizer Venture Investments, Mohr Davidow, the Roche Venture Fund and the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. The company is a spinout from the University of Toronto, and has offices in both Ontario and Silicon Valley. www.dvssciences.com

Advanced Diamond Technologies, a Romeoville, Ill.-based developer of thin diamond films, has raised $5.2 million in Series D funding. S-Group Capital Management led the round, and was joined by undisclosed return backers. www.thindiamond.com

Shipwire, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based provider of outsourced order fulfillment, has raised an undisclosed amount of new VC funding. eBay and Newell Rubbermaid were joined by return backer Meakem Becker Venture Capital. www.shipwire.com

WEDNESDAY, JULY 13 

Jawbone, a San Francisco-based mobile headset maker, has raised $70 million in new VC funding from investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. This follows a $49 million investment from Andreessen Horowitz back in March, and $40 million in prior investments from Khosla Ventures and Sequoia Capital. www.jawbone.com

Evernote, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based provider of information capturing, has raised $50 million in new VC funding. Sequoia Capital led the round, and was joined by Morgenthaler Ventures. TechCrunch reports that the valuation was at least $1 billion. Evernote previously raised over $40 million from Sequoia, Morgenthaler, DOCOMO Capital and Troika Dialog. www.evernote.com

Badgeville, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based social loyalty platform, has raised $12 million in Series B funding.Norwest Venture Partners and El Dorado Ventures co-led the round, and were joined by return backers Trinity Ventures and Webb Investment Network. www.badgeville.com

Ostrovok, a Russian provider of online hotel booking services, has raised $13.6 million in Series A funding. Backers include Accel Partners, General Catalyst Partners, Founders Fund and Atomico Ventures. www.ostrovok.ru

Omek Interactive, an Israel-based provider of technology for incorporating gesture recognition and body tracking capabilities into devices and applications, has raised $7 million in a first close of its Series C round led by Intel Capital. www.omekinteractive.com

Accel Telecom, an Israel-based vendor of communications equipment, has raised $7 million in VC funding from Shamrock Israel Fund. www.accel.co.il

MoPub, a San Francisco-based mobile advertising startup, has raised $6.5 million in Series A funding.Accel Partners led the round, and was joined by fellow seed backer Harrison Metal Capital.www.mopub.com

Piston Cloud Computing Inc., a San Francisco-based developer of commercialized OpenStack software for businesses, has raised $4.5 million in new VC funding. Backers include Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, True Ventures and Divergent Ventures. www.pistoncloud.com

MemSQL, a San Francisco-based developer of database management software, has raised $2.1 million in first-round funding. Backers include First Round Capital, New Enterprise Associates, A-Grade Investments, Start Fund, SV Angel and YCombinator. www.memsql.com

Albine Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based provider of consumer privacy and security solutions, has raised $5 million in Series A funding co-led by Atlas Venture and General Catalyst Partners. www.albine.com

Scratch Music Group, a New York-based DJ community, has raised $3.3 million in new VC funding.Contour Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backer New York City Investment Fund and individual angels. www.scratchmusicgroup.com

CopperEgg Corp., an Austin, Texas-based provider of real-time analytics for online applications and services, has raised $2 million in Series A funding led by Silverton Partners. www.copperegg.com

Skyrockit, a San Francisco-based mobile entertainment studio, has raised $2.6 million in new VC funding. Intel Capital led the round, and was joined by Asuka DBJ Partners and individual investor Mark Kingdon. www.skyrockit.com

MomentFeed Inc., a Santa Monica, Calif.-based provider of location-based marketing software and services, has raised $1.2 million in Series AA funding. DFJ Frontier and DFJ JAIC co-led the round, and were joined by Gold Hill Capital and individual investors Gil Elbaz, Auren Hoffman and Walter Kortschak.www.momentfeed.com

Senscient Inc., a Houston-based developer of multi-gas detection systems, has raised an undisclosed amount of Series C funding. Lime Rock Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers Emerald Technology Ventures and Yellowstone Energy Ventures. www.senscient.com

Dropbox, a San Francisco-based cloud storage company, is raising between $200 million and $300 million at a valuation in excess of $5 billion, according to TechCrunch. So far it has raised just $7.2 million in VC funding, from Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners and YCombinator. www.dropbox.com

TUESDAY, JULY 12

CloudFlare, a San Francisco-based provider of Web performance and security solutions, has raised $20 million in Series B funding. New Enterprise Associates led the round, and was joined by return backers Venrock and Pelion Venture Partners. www.cloudflare.com

SeeChange Health, a San Francisco-based health technology and insurance carrier, has raised $20 million in Series B funding. Maverick Capital led the round, and was joined by return backer Psilos Group. www.seechangehealth.com

Ignite Game Technologies, a San Francisco-based developer of online auto racing games, has raised $7.5 million in Series B funding co-led by Steve Belotti and Bill Budinger Jr. www.ignitegt.com

Daylight Solutions, a San Diego-based developer of molecular detection and imaging systems, has raised $15 million in Series C funding. Northrop Grumman Corp. led the round, and was joined by undisclosed return backers. Prior investors have included Hamilton Tech Capital Partners, Innotek Ltd. and Masters Capital Nanotech. www.daylightsolutions.com

DataSift, a a provider of real-time sifting solutions of social media sources like Twitter, has raised $6 million in Series A funding from GRP Partners and IA Ventures. www.datasift.com

Zettaset (f.k.a. GOTO Metrics), a Mountain View, Calif.–based provider of massive data analytics for the enterprise via Hadoop, has raised $3 million in new VC funding co-led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Epic Ventures. www.zettaset.com

MONDAY, JULY 11

SurgiQuest Inc., an Orange, Conn.-based maker of medical devices for minimaly-invasive surgeries, has raised $19 million in new VC funding. River Cities Capital led the round, and was joined by Fletcher Spaght Ventures and return backers CMEA Ventures, California Technology Ventures and Aphelion Medical Fund. www.surgiquest.com

Qualtre Inc., a Marlborough, Mass.-based developer of solid-state silicon MEMS motion sensor solutions for consumer electronics, has raised $10 million in new VC funding. Backers include Matrix Partners and Pilot House Ventures. www.qualtre.com
