Jeff John Roberts is the Finance and Crypto editor of Fortune. He writes and edits stories about banking, blockchain, prediction markets, and how technology is changing finance. He also hosts the Fortune Crypto Playbook vodcast. A former attorney, Jeff is the author of Kings of Crypto, a critically-acclaimed account of Coinbase, and the recipient of national business writing awards. He is based in Southern California.

Panel pages from the unpublished original graphic novel "Emergents: Legacy" with art by Steve Ellis and Bottled Lightning Studio, which was used to generate game assets. The original art is hand-drawn on Bristol board in the longstanding tradition of comic books; colors were applied digitally.
