As corporate ESG takes new forms and tackles new attacks in a contentious election year, Fortune Impact Initiative 2024 was an opportunity to regroup and create a game plan for the future of company impact.

How can sustainability be viewed as essential to good business, and how are ESG goals best aligned with business goals? What’s the best way to prevent greenwashing and maintain transparency?
C-Suite executives and senior company leaders in sustainability, compliance, and more populated the conference as Fortune journalists and an advisory panel of industry leaders moderated and advanced discussions. Rapper and entrepreneur Quavo was one of the event’s most prominent speakers, alongside former Georgia State Representative Stacey Abrams and Whole Foods CEO Jason Buechel.
