- ABM Industries (No. 458) promoted David Orr to CFO. Orr, who has been with the company since 2001, previously served as SVP, Financial Planning and Analysis, and succeeds Earl Ellis.

- Paramount Global (No. 147) appointed Andrew Warren as EVP, Interim CFO, effective June 27. Warren is currently Strategic Advisor to the Office of the CEO at Paramount Global and will maintain that role going forward, in addition to the interim CFO role. He formerly served as CFO of Discovery Communications. Warren succeeds EVP and CFO Naveen Chopra, who is leaving to assume the role of CFO at Roblox.
Retailing
- Avis Budget Group (No. 360) appointed Daniel Cunha as CFO, effective July 1. Cunha previously served as CFO of Orion Services Group and succeeds Izzy Martins, who is joining Symbotic as CFO.
