Our Tester’s Thoughts on 1st Phorm Micro Factor

Our tester and registered dietitian Pete was immediately pleased with the product’s appearance, awarding it 5 out of 5 stars for a solid first impression. “The bottom of the container has a pop-out tab that makes accessing the individual packets super easy,” he said. This design choice makes it easy for someone to grab a daily vitamin packet and take it on the go—ideal for those with busy schedules.

Pete also felt that the price point, while higher than other options on our list, provided a lot of value since each 1st Phorm Micro Factor pack contains a hearty dose of vitamins, minerals, and so much more. “This daily nutrient pack is essentially six individual supplements in one,” he said. “I would actually have expected it to cost more!”

What Testers Think Could Be Improved

The serving size of six capsules and two softgels was daunting, so Pete only gave 1st Phorm a 1 out of 5 in this category. “Unless you’re very used to swallowing a lot of capsules, I’d suggest splitting up the dose so you don’t have any issues or choke,” he recommended.

Legion Triumph is our pick for the best multivitamin for men thanks to its uniquely comprehensive formula. It’s designed specifically for males, combining 20 essential vitamins and minerals with 10 additional ingredients targeted toward men’s health. These extras include CoQ10, which may offer some cardiovascular support and pumpkin seed extract, which may offer some benefits for prostate health.

Our Tester’s Thoughts on Legion Triumph

The large, black bottle and detailed labeling set expectations for a “robust and very well-dosed supplement,” says our tester, Pete. He scored first impression and ease of reading the instructions both a 5 out of 5.

Pete didn’t experience any side effects, rating it a 5 out of 5 in that category.

What Testers Think Could Be Improved

Our tester rated swallowability a 1, writing: “The recommended serving size is 8 capsules per day which is a lot.” He commented on the impracticality of taking 8 daily and found the bottle too big for travel. There was “no taste,” earning it a taste rating of 3.

Seed’s DM-02 Daily Multivitamin is our pick for the best multivitamin formula because its single-capsule serving offers a wide range of over 20 essential vitamins and minerals that help make sure your body’s daily nutritional needs are being met every day. We love the unique design of this capsule, which includes both an inner and outer capsule that facilitates a delayed delivery of two doses of nutrients for optimal absorption along the gastrointestinal tract. This formula also includes some added ingredients, like prebiotics and postbiotics, as well as a cellular energy complex containing CoQ10, PQQ, and spermidine.

Our Tester’s Thoughts on Seed DM-02 Daily Multivitamin

“Seed’s DM-02 Daily Multivitamin supplement comes in a semi-translucent, green glass jar,” says our tester and registered dietitian, Pete. “One thing to note is that the glass jar only contains the product name and usage directions, not the supplement facts. Those are shown on the cardboard container the product comes in.” He scored first impression and ease of reading the instructions both a 5 out of 5.

What Testers Think Could Be Improved

Our tester rated swallowability a 3 out of 5, writing: “The recommended serving size is one capsule per day. The size of the capsule is about three-quarters of an inch in length and half a centimeter wide.” The capsule itself was tasteless, earning a rating of 3 out of 5.

  • Our thoughts: Our tester appreciated the comprehensive formula at a decent price
  • Key ingredients: Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc
  • Dose: 1 capsules
  • Who it’s for: Men looking for a one-capsule vitamin with a broad spectrum of nutrients
  • What makes it different: It has both iron and iodine, which aren’t always included in a standard multivitamin

Pros

  • Gluten-free
  • One capsule per serving
  • Budget-friendly

Cons

  • Mineral taste
  • Large pill size

Some multivitamins pack in nutrients that are easy to max out in even a semi-balanced diet, while leaving out others that are harder to come by. Swolverine’s comprehensive multivitamin takes the more-is-more approach and packs in a long list of standard vitamins as well as iron and iodine—two crucial nutrients that aren’t always available in your standard multivitamin.

Swolverine Multivitamin as best multivitamins

Our Tester’s Thoughts on Swolverine Multivitamin

Our tester Pete tried this multivitamin and said he appreciated Swolverine’s broad range of ingredients available in clinically back doses. He had a great first impression of the product, and gave the compact, childproof container a 5-out-of-5 score in this category.

Pete found this supplement to be an enormous value at just 77 cents a daily serving. “Overall, this is a comprehensive daily multivitamin that delivers a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals,” Pete said. “It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a single pill multivitamin to cover your micronutrient gaps in your diet.”

What Testers Think Could Be Improved

He liked that you only need to take one capsule a day with food to get a broad spectrum of nutrients but did note that the pill has a “minerally, bitter taste” that’s hard to immediately get down.

  • What makes it different: Offers high bioavailability plus unique antioxidants (lutein, zeaxanthin)

Pros

  • Third-party tested

Cons

  • Serving size is 4 capsules daily
  • More expensive than other options on our list
  • Contains proprietary blends

Transparent Labs Multivitamin earned our title of best clean multivitamin because it delivers highly bioavailable nutrients from plant-based and whole-food sources. This multivitamin stands out for using clean, organic ingredients, and for containing extra antioxidants—including clinical doses of lutein and zeaxanthin—for long-term vision and cellular health. We also remain fans of the Transparent Labs brand for its commitment to third-party testing and transparent labeling.

Our Tester’s Thoughts on Transparent Labs Multivitamin

Kate tested these multivitamins, rating them a 5 out of 5 for her first impression. She noted: “The packaging is pretty plain; it’s a classic white bottle with Transparent Labs branding and then clear, bold writing.” She did observe that the bottle is bigger than some of the other multivitamins she’s tested, so it’s not as easily transportable but it can likely still fit in a backpack or purse. The bottle is a simple twist-off, and Kate had no issues removing it or putting it back on.

She found the instructions easy to read and follow, earning them a 5 out of 5 in this category. “The directions are clearly displayed on the back, and easy to read,” Kate said, “You take four capsules with your first meal of the day.”

Transparent Labs Multivitamin as best multivitamin

What Testers Think Could Be Improved

Kate rated the swallowability a 3 out of 5, as these aren’t the smallest pills. “Taking four at once was a lot, so I took them in two different attempts with two pills each.” She also mentioned that the pills are a creamy/milky yellow color, which isn’t the most appealing compared to some other multivitamin brands on this list.

Our tester found Transparent Labs Multivitamin to have a strong scent. “There isn’t much of a taste, but the smell is a bit overwhelming,” Kate said. “There isn’t a taste with taking the actual pills, and no aftertaste, which may be surprising because of the smell.”

Best Multivitamin for Women: Ritual Essential for Women 18+

  • Our thoughts: Our tester loves the mint essence and how easy these capsules are to take
  • Key Ingredients: Vitamin D3, omega-3 DHA, methylated folate, vitamin B12, chelated iron
  • Dose: 2 capsules per day
  • Who it’s for: Women ages 18-49
  • What makes it different: Contains 9 traceable ingredients

Pros

  • USP and non-GMO verified
  • Serving size is 2 capsules per day
  • Effectiveness was studied in a 12-week clinical trial

Cons

  • Pricier than other multivitamin options on our list
  • No flavor options, only available in mint
  • Does not include magnesium or calcium

We chose the Ritual Essential for Women 18+ Multivitamin as the best multivitamin for women because it was specifically designed to support women’s supplementation needs with just nine key ingredients and no filler. Our testers appreciated this minimalist approach—and the fact that the multivitamin left off some ingredients that tend to be covered by a regular diet (Vitamin C and Calcium) in favor of more frequently deficient vitamins, such as Vitamin K2 and Omega-3 DHA.

Ritual Essential for Women as best multivitamin

Our Tester’s Thoughts on Ritual Essential for Women

Our tester Kate tried the version of Ritual Essential intended for women 18 to 49. Overall, she liked the look of the container and found it to be travel-friendly. In fact, she had such a positive experience with the multivitamin that she ended up weaving it into her daily nutrition routine.

“I love taking this product,” Kate said. “I use it daily, and have noticed some real improvements. My nails are growing faster and stronger, and I don’t have nearly as many hangnails. I can tell my skin looks healthy and I have more energy throughout the day.” She did detect a minty aftertaste, but didn’t mind it.

The pills are about 1 inch in length and 1 centimeter wide, and feature a delayed-release capsule design in which ‘beadlets’ (small vitamin pellets) are placed in oil inside the capsule. This allows the capsule to pass the stomach and dissolve in the gut.

Kate didn’t have any negative side effects after consuming this multivitamin, and thinks the brand’s focused formulation on just nine key ingredients is a plus. The vitamins and minerals that the supplement lacks are ones that are easily available from a moderately balanced diet. Those included, however, are present in clinically backed doses to support a positive effect on women’s brain, heart, skin, and muscle functions.

Kate’s only critique of the packaging is that the white lettering on the label made it hard to read.

Our Thoughts on EllaOla Teens’ Essential Multivitamin

This multivitamin made a great first impression on our tester Paige, who gave it a 5 out of 5 in this category. She pointed out how much she appreciated the individually dosed packets. “I really like the packaging of this product,” she said. “You don’t have to measure it yourself, and the box is easy to store and easy to travel with.”

While Paige rated EllaOla a 3 out 5 in the category of taste, she clarified that was because the powder doesn’t have a flavor at all and that generally, she appreciated how well this powder mixes with liquid. “This multivitamin is unflavored so I did not taste anything when I mixed it with water or juice,” she said. “It dissolved easily, and I could see it pairing well with yogurt or applesauce. It did not have a bad aftertaste or chalky nature to it. I didn’t even notice when I poured it into my water.”

  • Serving size: Five capsules daily
  • Who it’s for: Women looking for a multivitamin with added wellbeing support
  • What makes it different: It’s dosed into two separate packs per day, easy to travel with

Pros

  • Received clean label project purity award
  • Designed by OB/GYNs to aid recovery after childbirth
  • Easily dosed in individual packets

Cons

  • High number of capsules per serving
  • More expensive than other options on our list
  • Contains multiple proprietary blends

Welcoming a new bundle of joy into this world is a beautiful experience, so it’s easy to forget the massive cost that comes with it; and we’re not talking about diapers.

Pregnancy and childbirth are taxing on a woman’s body, often leaving various nutritional deficiencies in its wake. Perelel’s Mom Multi Support Pack is formulated to help mothers recover after giving birth by bridging those gaps. Each pack contains four capsules and a softgel, each designed to provide a daily dose of vitamins, promote healthy immune and inflammation systems, and support heart health, cognitive function, and healthy hair, skin, and nails.

Our Thoughts on Perelel Mom Multi Support Pack

Our tester Kate tried the Mom Multi Support Pack, and was initially struck by the clever packaging that turns the box into a convenient dispenser. Simply pop out the bottom of the packaging and you can now grab your daily dose with ease. “I haven’t seen this before with other products,” said Kate, “so it definitely stands out to me.”

Kate also was impressed by the comprehensive array of vitamins and supplements the pack included, which was made more appealing by the fact that many new mothers put the baby first and may neglect their own needs. “This is good for someone who wants a comprehensive postnatal vitamin pack,” she said. “This would be good for a first time mom who isn’t sure what their body needs after pregnancy.”

What Testers Think Could Be Improved

Kate described the odor and taste as “a mix of dirt and fish oil,” stating that the “awful taste” lingered in her mouth long after she downed her daily dose.

Thankfully, this was not coupled with any other side effects or digestive problems, but it made her second guess committing to a regimen that involved swallowing so many pills every day. Ultimately, she decided she did not want to take these again, but could see them being a good fit for many new mothers out there.

We applaud Perelel for packing so much good stuff in one convenient packet of pills, but they have work to do when it comes to neutralizing the off-putting taste.

Cons

  • No iron

We’re fans of Hiya Kids Multivitamins because of the colorful drawings on the label and child-friendly formula. It was designed with kids in mind, making it safe for most children. As always, we recommend talking with your child’s pediatrician before introducing a new supplement to their diet.

Our Tester’s Thoughts on Hiya Kids Daily Multivitamin

Our tester Beth rated her first impression a 5 out of 5. “I love the packaging,” she said. “It’s very playful and cute—bright yellow and shaped like a cylinder. It actually has a bit of weight to it.” She noted that the bottle is about the size of a mini can of soda with a screw cap that kids can easily take on and off.

Regarding taste, Beth likened Hiya’s multicolored tablets to a Smartie—sweet but tart, with a little bit of a chalky texture. While she didn’t personally love the flavor, she thinks kids may love them, given how much they resemble candy. She also found them easy to chew and swallow, giving them a perfect 5 out of 5 in swallowability.

Nutricost Multivitamin gummies offer well-rounded nutrition in a tasty and affordable format. These gummies are far more affordable than other options on our list, costing only 26 cents per serving as of this writing. Nutricost’s formula includes at least 70% of your recommended daily value of vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B6, folate, and more.

Our Tester’s Thoughts on Nutricost Multivitamin

Pete gave his first impressions a 5, appreciating the “clear and easy-to-read” label, although he notes the jar is a bit bulky. That said, the instructions are straightforward, which is exactly what you want with a multivitamin: “As a dietary supplement, take two gummies daily,” which Pete found clear and rated 5 out of 5. He described the gummies as having a mixed berry flavor, “light brown in color and in the shape of a berry, about the size of a penny.” The gummies were “easy to chew and swallow,” he noted, earning another 5 for swallowability.

The taste was true to the label—sweet, mixed berry, and not overpowering, with no sugar coating or aftertaste. Pete had no side effects and felt the product was “a well-rounded multivitamin supplement that’s affordable and tastes great.”

  • What makes it different: AG1 Next Gen is NSF Certified for Sport

The AG1 Next Generation Pouch Greens is our pick for the best multivitamin powder because it contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, folate, calcium, iron, zinc, and magnesium. All of this is packed into the powder alongside prebiotics, probiotics, and a superfood complex to help fill in the nutritional gaps we find in even the most well-rounded diets.

Our Tester’s Thoughts on the AG1 Next Gen Pouch

Our tester Kayla gave her first impressions of this powder supplement a 5, noting that the “branding is well thought out” and gave her a sense that she could trust the product was high-quality. She also rated the instructions a 5 out 5, saying “The directions state mixing one scoop with 8–10 ounces of cold water. The text is clearly printed and easy to spot on the packaging.”

When it came to how the powder mixed, Kayla had nothing but good things to say and gave the supplement a 5 out of 5 in this category. “I mixed one scoop of AG1 with about 10 ounces of cold water and shook for 60 seconds,” she said. “This product by far has the best solubility out of all the greens powders I have tried. It completely dissolved, with zero clumps. And there wasn’t an excessive amount of foam.”

What Testers Think Could Be Improved

Our tester generally loved her experience with the AG1 greens powder and didn’t have much to say about what could be improved. One thing worth noting is that the greens have a slight earthy taste to them, which may be unpleasant for some.

Best Vegetarian Multivitamin: Needed Women’s Multivitamin

Needed Women’s Multivitamin

Multivitamin with high dosage of vitamin D and selenium, which can support reproductive health

at Needed

  • Our thoughts: Our dietitian loved the high dosage of vitamin D, as well as the female-forward branding
  • Key Ingredients: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin K2
  • Dose: 2 capsules per day
  • Who it’s for: Women who want to support their reproductive health and ensure they have sufficient vitamin D
  • What makes it different: The inclusion of selenium

Pros

  • Sleek aesthetic and flowery branding
  • Bottle can easily fit in a purse
  • Potential reproductive support

Cons

  • Pricier than some other options

The Women’s Multivitamin from Needed comes in a vegetarian capsule, making it a great option for any women practicing a meat-free diet. And true to its name, the ingredients are formulated to support women’s health—specifically, its dosage of vitamin D.

“It has a substantial amount of vitamin D and selenium, which for women, can address common vitamin D deficiency, as well as thyroid function and reproductive health,” said Mindy, one of our registered dietitians. Additionally, she noted that the other vitamins present have safe dosages: “Vitamins where toxicity is a concern like vitamin A are well within safe amounts, and 50 percent beta carotene makes it okay for it to exceed 100 percent of the recommended daily value.”

Our Thoughts on Needed Women’s Multivitamin

As Mindy further examined Needed’s formula, she observed that the product is third-party tested and that there are minimal filler ingredients. This ultimately led her to give the product a perfect 5 out of 5 on first impression. She found the bottle to be easy to open and close, and it could easily fit into a purse. This makes Needed a travel-friendly option for busy women who are constantly on the move.

When Mindy took the recommended daily serving of two capsules with food, she noticed that the supplements had an off-white color, with no noticeable taste. While she would need to take the Needed supplements for an extended period of time to assess any long-term effects, she didn’t experience any issues or short-term side effects, either. With all that in mind, she thinks it should be an effective vegetarian multivitamin for women, especially if they suffer from a vitamin D deficiency.

What Testers Think Could Be Improved

At $1.43 per serving, Needed Women’s Multivitamin isn’t the most expensive product on this list, but it’s definitely up there on the pricier end. That’s why it only received a 3 out of 5 on value. If you want a less-expensive option, we recommend the Swolverine Multivitamin or Ritual Essential for Women 18+.

Prefer a liquid multivitamin?

If you’re not a fan of pills or gummies, you may prefer trying one of the best greens powders, all of which are full of vitamins and nutrients, too.

Other Multivitamins We Tested

We tested other multivitamins but decided not to include them in our list. Here’s why.

  • Onnit Total Human Complete Supplement Packs: There’s a day and a night packet of eight capsules each, and our team thinks that 16 capsules per day is too many.
  • Ora Organics Modern Multi: This multivitamin has a lingering taste to it—our tester likened it to greens powder.

How We Tested and Selected the Best Multivitamins

We tested and evaluated multivitamins and scored them on a scale of 1-5 for factors such as first impressions, easy-to-follow directions, swallowability, side effects, and value. Our testers evaluate the products based on their own individual experiences and preferences. We then review their testing feedback and data to share our findings and recommendations with you.

Formula

We work with a certified nutrition coach during testing in order to find the most effective and safe multivitamin formulas. We looked for products that met the recommended daily value (RDV) for as many vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients as possible.

Serving Size

Serving sizes for multivitamins can vary from one capsule up to eight per serving. We gave preference to multivitamins with a serving size that involves less capsules where possible.

Taste

Where possible, we looked for multivitamin products that were pleasant to consume. Some capsules have a flavored essence, and gummies have flavors that tend to be enjoyable to take. We also paid attention to our testers’ feedback on any aftertaste, especially with multivitamins that include fish oil.

Third-Party Testing

We chose multivitamins that have been third-party tested. Third-party testing ensures independent verification of safety, purity, as well as nutrition label accuracy. “Third-party testing is one of the most important quality signals in the supplement space, because unlike pharmaceuticals, supplements are not FDA-approved before they go to market. That means the responsibility is on the manufacturer to ensure what’s on the label is actually in the product, and in the correct potency,” says Jason Mitchell, N.D., Chief Medical Advisor of Aonic.

Transparent Labs Multivitamin as best multivitamin

“For multivitamins specifically, you want to look for verification of both potency and purity,” according to Mitchell. “That means the product delivers the stated potency of each vitamin and mineral, and that it’s screened for contaminants like heavy metals, pesticides, pathogenic microbes or residual solvents. Brands that prioritize transparency will often share Certificates of Analysis (COAs) or clearly state what testing is performed. If a label just says ‘tested’ without any detail or recognizable certification, that’s usually not very significant.”

Value

When considering value, we place a higher value on brands that source their ingredients in America and have certifications, such as Informed Choice or USDA-certified organic.

Benefits of Multivitamins

Taking a multivitamin daily can support your overall health by filling nutritional gaps and promoting key functions in your body.

  • Strong bones: Nutrients like vitamin D and calcium in multivitamins can help maintain bone density and may reduce the risk of osteoporosis
  • Immune health: Vitamins C, D, and zinc support the immune system’s ability to fight off infections
  • Cognitive health: B vitamins, particularly B6, B12, and folate, play a role in supporting memory and brain function as we age
  • Overall energy: Iron and B vitamins help convert food into energy, which may reduce fatigue and improve daily stamina.

Most Important Vitamins and Minerals

“A well-formulated multivitamin should focus on first essential vitamins and minerals, like Vitamin D, and that have clear, evidence-backed roles in whole-body health, without pixie dusting ingredients (including trace amounts of ingredients for marketing appeal, not real benefit) at ineffective levels,” says Mitchell.

A few of the most important ones:

  • Vitamin D3 (typically ~800–2,000 IU): Supports bone health, immune function, and muscle performance. Many adults don’t get enough, especially in winter or with limited sun exposure.
  • Magnesium (around 200–400 mg, depending on the form): Involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions, including energy production, sleep regulation, and muscle function. Something that most of us don’t get enough of.
  • Vitamin C (75–200 mg): Supports immune function and acts as an antioxidant. It also helps with collagen production.
  • Zinc (8–15 mg): Important for immune health, wound healing, and cellular function. Even mild deficiencies can affect immunity.
  • B-complex vitamins (at meaningful, not minimal, doses): These are critical for energy metabolism, brain function, and red blood cell production. They’re often underdosed in lower-quality formulas. You want to look for key B-vitamins to be in their Methylated form such as B-12 (Methylcobalamin) and Folic Acid (Methylfolate – MTHF)
  • Iodine (around 150 mcg): Supports thyroid function, which plays a central role in metabolism and energy levels.
  • Selenium (around 55 mcg): Works alongside iodine for thyroid health and also supports antioxidant defenses.
  • Omega-3s (especially EPA & DHA, if included): Support brain health, cardiovascular function, and inflammation balance. These are often missing from standard multivitamins but are important for long-term health.

“The goal isn’t to take more supplements, it’s to take the right ones, at the right potency, in forms your body can actually use,” says Mitchell.

How to Find the Best Multivitamin for You

Everyone has different multivitamin needs depending on your fitness goals, dietary needs, allergies, and any nutrition gaps you’d like to address.

Here’s what to consider when selecting the best multivitamin for you.

Consider Personal Deficiencies

Before purchasing multivitamins, we recommend that you talk with your doctor or other healthcare professional. Now may be a good time to get bloodwork done so you can find a multivitamin formula best suited to your needs. It’s still best to prioritize getting your recommended daily values of nutrients from whole foods, but if you have a documented deficiency, that can help you decide what to purchase.

Gender and Age

While multivitamins aren’t gender specific, some formulations are tailored to include ingredients specifically for men or women. Formulations are often made based on age as well, for children, teens, and older adults.

Nutricost Multivitamin as best multivitamin

Nutrient Levels

You’ll want to avoid very high doses of certain vitamins or minerals, like vitamin A or iron, can be harmful if you don’t actually need them. “The side effects of multivitamins are generally mild and include nausea, upset stomach, and constipation,” Jillian Robillard, MS, RD, LDN said. In some cases, there may be more serious side effects or toxicity with excessive intake, particularly with certain vitamins and minerals that are fat soluble and stored in the body’s fat and liver.

Best Ways to Take Multivitamins

When taking a multivitamin, it’s important to follow the dosage instructions on the product label or the guidance provided by your doctor. Taking higher-than-recommended amounts of certain vitamins and minerals can lead to side effects or even health risks over time. Consistency is key, so choose a time of day that works best for you and make it part of your routine.

It also helps to know whether the vitamins in your supplement are water- or fat-soluble.

  • Water-soluble vitamins like vitamin C and the B-complex family, dissolve in water and are best absorbed on an empty stomach, though they need to be replenished daily since the body does not store them.
  • Fat-soluble vitamins, such as A, D, E, and K, are absorbed more effectively when taken with a meal that contains some healthy fat. Pairing your multivitamin with food can therefore improve its overall benefits.
Onnit's multivitamin packets as best multivitamin

It’s also important to consider possible medication interactions. For example, vitamin K can interfere with the effectiveness of blood thinner medications such as warfarin, and high doses of other nutrients may also impact how certain prescriptions work. If you’re taking any medications or have a health condition, it’s best to talk with your doctor before starting or changing a multivitamin routine to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Frequently asked questions

What is the top-rated multivitamin?

Onnit earned our top pick for delivering highly absorbable, wholistic vitamins and nutrients.

Do I need a multivitamin?

For most people, multivitamins aren’t necessary if you’re eating a balanced diet of whole foods including fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. Multivitamins are a great way to fill gaps in your diet but they shouldn’t be the main source of your vitamin and nutrient intake. You may benefit from taking a multivitamin if you follow a restrictive diet, have food allergies, or may otherwise miss out on certain nutrients.

What brand has the best quality multivitamins?

Plenty of brands offer high-quality multivitamins. We focus on selecting multivitamins that have been through third-party testing, and we also review the multivitamin formulations to ensure you’re getting a clinically backed dose of a host of nutrients.
