Health care

  • Centene (No. 19) appointed Bradley Bolivar CIO. He most recently served as CIO of Fannie Mae (No. 26) and previously worked for Warner Bros. Discovery (No. 126). He succeeded Brian LeClaire, who will retire by the end of October.

Materials

  • Graphic Packaging Holding (No. 460) appointed Tatiana Berardinelli EVP and CHRO, effective Sept. 8. Berardinelli previously served as CHRO of Multi0Color Corporation and worked for PPG Industries (No. 284) and Dow (No. 120) earlier in her career. She will succeed Karel van der Mandele, the company’s Chief Transformation Officer who has served as interim CHRO since former CHRO Elizabeth Spence left the company in July.

Retailing

  • Asbury Automotive Group (No. 246) appointed Wendy Reynolds-Dobbs SVP and CHRO, effective Sept. 14. Reynolds-Dobbs currently serves as interim CHRO and was VP, Talent Development and Chief Culture Officer of the company prior. She succeeds Jed Milstein, who has been with the company for a decade and will stay through the end of the year to aid in the transition. 

Technology

  • Adobe (No. 192) appointed Anil Chakravarthy President and CEO, effective Dec. 1. Chakravarthy currently serves as the President of Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration Business and Worldwide Field Operations and will succeed current CEO Shantanu Narayen, who will help with the transition and become Executive Chair of the company. Narayen announced his departure in March. 

Telecommunications

  • Charter Communications (No. 85) appointed Kevin Howard interim CFO, effective Oct. 15. Howard currently serves as EVP, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company, where he has been for more than two decades. He previously served as interim CFO in 2010. He will succeed Jessica Fischer, who is leaving the company to join a joint AI venture between Blackstone (No. 310) and Google, owned by Alphabet (No. 5). Transportation

  • GXO Logistics (No. 336) appointed Balaji Rangaswamy to the newly created role of CIO. Rangaswamy previously served as VP, Digital Technology at RTX’s (No. 49) Collins Aerospace segment and previously held roles at Boeing (No. 47).
