Titles included in this roundup: CEOs (Chief Executive Officers) and CFOs (Chief Financial Officers). We also include COOs (Chief Operating Officers), CTOs (Chief Technology Officers), CIOs (Chief Information Officers), CHROs (Chief Human Resources Officers), Chief People Officers, CMOs (Chief Marketing Officers), and Chief Customer Officers when there are Power Moves within the Fortune 500 announced pertaining to those roles.

Health care
- Centene (No. 19) announced that CFO Drew Asher is stepping down from the role at the end of the year, but will remain with the company through the end of 2027. Chris Neczypor, who previously served as CFO of Lincoln Financial (No. 243), and worked at Goldman Sachs Group (No. 36) before that, will succeed Asher. Adam Cohen, SVP, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Lincoln Financial, was appointed interim CFO of that company.
- Baxter International (No. 382) appointed John Rogers EVP and CFO, effective Oct. 1. Rogers currently serves as CFO of Smith+ Nephew plc and previously was CFO of WPP (No. 225 on the Fortune 500 Europe). He succeeds interim CFO Anita Zielinski, who has served as interim CFO since Joel Grade left the post in March to prioritize family matters. Zielinski is headed to Cardinal Health in November to become the company’s Chief Accounting Officer.
Manufacturing and production
- GE HealthCare Technologies (No. 217) appointed William K. Grogan CFO, effective Sept. 14. Grogan previously served as EVP and CFO of Xylem (No. 443). He succeeds George Newcomb, who will go back to serving as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of GE HealthCare. Newcomb has been interim CFO since previous CFO Jay Saccaro left earlier this summer. Saccaro became CFO and COO of Zoetis (No. 434) effective Aug 17.
Andrea van der Berg will succeed Grogan as CFO of Xylem, effective Sept. 1. She currently serves as SVP, Finance of Xylem’s Water Infrastructure segment. She previously spent 13 years at Honeywell Technologies (No. 116).
Retailing
- QVC Group (No. 433) announced that President and CEO David Rawlinson is stepping down as CEO. Mike George, who was CEO for nearly 16 years before Rawlinson took over in 2021, was appointed interim CEO.
