- Equinix (No. 446) appointed Olivier Leonetti CFO, effective March 16. Leonetti most recently served as CFO of Eaton (No. 173 on the Fortune 500 Europe) and will succeed Keith Taylor, who is retiring after 27 years with the company.
Household products
- Kimberly-Clark (No. 213) appointed Francesco Tinto Chief Information & Global Business Services Officer. Tinto previously served as Chief Digital Officer of Advantage Solutions, and prior to that held leadership positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance (No. 26), Procter & Gamble (No. 51), and Kraft Heinz (No. 166).
Industrials
- AGCO (No. 364) appointed Jena Holtberg-Benge Chief Digital & Information Officer, effective March 16. Holtberg-Benge currently serves as Vice President of Aftersales Parts and will succeed Viren Shah.
Motor vehicles and parts
- Autoliv (No. 407) appointed Monika Grama CFO and EVP, Finance, effective April 1. Grama has been with the company since 2009 and currently serves as VP, Finance for the company’s EMEA division. She succeeds Fredrik Westin, who is leaving the company to join AkzoNobel (No. 345 on the Fortune 500 Europe) as CFO.
Technology

Transportation
- GXO (No. 363) appointed Mark Suchinski CFO, effective April 1. Suchinski most recently served as CFO of The GEO Group and of Spirit AeroSystems and will succeed Baris Oran, who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.
