  • Baxter International (No. 270) announced that José Almeida retired as CEO, President, and Chair, effective immediately. Brent Shafer, Lead Independent Director at Baxter, has been appointed interim CEO as the company searches for a permanent successor.

Household products

  • Estée Lauder (No. 259) appointed Michael Bowes to Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, effective April 1. Bowes currently leads global talent acquisition at Estée Lauder and will replace current Executive Vice President and CHRO Michael O’Hare.
