House Democrats are coming forward in support of launching an impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump’s administration.

The president has been at odds with House Democrats since the early days of his presidency. Trump has objected to investigations into his 2016 campaign, and attacked several members of Congress over their opposition to his policies and political viewpoints.

Some Democrats have been firm in their stances to open an impeachment inquiry, though it has long been the subject of debate among House members. Texas Rep. Al Green has filed impeachment articles against the president numerous times since 2017, and most recently after Trump’s attacks against four congresswomen of color. “To condemn a racist President is not enough,” Green said earlier this month in a statement. “We must impeach him.”

The question of whether or not to impeach has again come to the forefront of political debate in the House, following former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee last week about his investigation into Russia’s attempts to interfere with the 2016 presidential election. During his testimony on Capitol Hill, Mueller told lawmakers of Russian interference, “They’re doing it as we sit here.”

In order to open an impeachment inquiry, House lawmakers can either introduce a resolution or the House can vote to authorize an inquiry. The matter would then move on to the House Judiciary Committee.

Of the 235 Democrats currently in the House of Representatives, 106 have publicly supported opening an impeachment inquiry, including 14 of the 24 Democrats serving on the House Judiciary Committee. Still, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has continued to resist the growing support for impeachment in the House.

Here are the House lawmakers that currently support opening an impeachment inquiry.
