The Today Show’s Al Roker has just designed his own burger for Shake Shack (SHAK).
Aptly named the “Roker Burger,” it is made with Angus beef and topped with Niman Ranch BBQ pulled pork, two slices of American cheese, pickles, and red-eye mayo—a condiment that combines mayonnaise with sriracha and instant coffee powder.
The Roker Burger is priced at $7.49, and $1 from each burger sold will go towards No Kid Hungry, a non-profit that works to end child hunger in the U.S. “Creating a burger with the folks at Shake Shack is exciting,” Roker said in a press release. “Creating a burger that helps childhood hunger is inspiring.”

The burger will be available at all Shake Shack locations, except for those in airports and stadiums, but it will only be available for a very limited time. It first hit menus on Monday, August 22, and will only last through August 26.
Today writes that this is part of the Today Original series. Matt Lauer and Savannah Guthrie will also be designing products to benefit charities of their choice.
“Working with Al to create a quintessential southern barbecue burger was such a blast, and we think our fans are going to love it,” Shake Shack culinary director Mark Rosati said in the release. “Even better, this burger will support the incredible work of our friends at No Kid Hungry.”
