1. Private tour of Carmel Valley wineries

Fly to Monterey Airport via Surf Air, the first private air-travel club in the U.S. I’d have our private driver take you to Monterey Peninsula’s own wine corridor in Carmel Valley for a private tour of Jack Galante’s wine estate.

2. Spa at Pebble Beach

Afterward, a few hours of luxury pampering at the Spa at Pebble Beach, followed by a late lunch at the Bench, which overlooks the 18th hole of the world-famous Pebble Beach golf course.

3. Private chef’s table at Lucia Restaurant

After sunset cocktails at Rocky Point Restaurant, you’ll head to Lucia in Carmel Valley for chef Cal Stamenov’s private chef’s table for an unforgettable dinner.

4. Stargazing session at Post Ranch Inn

To culminate the night in Big Sur style, you’ll head back to Post Ranch Inn for a late-night stargazing session with our in-house astronomers, who will instruct on the constellations and teach you how to use our 14-inch Meade telescope.
