Today is National Pretzel Day, and for many that means free food.

Chains across the U.S. are giving customers pretzels in honor of the day, which reportedly began in 2003 in Pennsylvania. At Auntie Anne’s, which is the largest pretzel chain in the U.S., customers can get a free pretzel by installing the chain’s “My Pretzel Perks” app, according a company blog post. But that’s not all—five of the program’s “loyalty members” may be lucky enough to win free pretzels for an entire year.

To do so, Auntie Anne’s asks that customers comment on the blog post. “Tell us in the comments below and you could win some seriously sweet pretzel swag. Tell us about your first visit, your favorite pretzel, or what Auntie Anne’s means to you,” the company says. “We’d love to hear your stories, and we have some sweet pretzel swag to share as a reward!” Here are full contest details for the offer.

Auntie Anne’s isn’t the only pretzel maker giving away free food today. New Jersey residents can check out the chain Wetzel’s Pretzels. While supplies lasts, customers can head to a location and collect their free food, according to NJ.com.

For Philadelphia residents, the Philly Pretzel Factory is also handing out pretzels in honor of the celebration. But it’s not so simple. Customers need to say the following tongue twister in order to get the treat: “Pretzelmaker prepares perfectly pleasing pretzels for National Pretzel Day.”

Another chain, Ben’s Soft Pretzels which has locations in the South and Midwest, is also offering a deal. Donate $1 to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes and get a free pretzel at participating locations, according to the company’s website.
