UNITED STATES - FEBRUARY 11: A statue of Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse stands in front of the Cinderella's castle at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, Wednesday February 11, 2004. Growing attendance at the Walt Disney Co.'s theme parks and an increase in advertising sales at ESPN, ABC Family and the Disney Channel may help CEO Michael Eisner rebut claims that he's mismanaged Disney. In 2016, employer-sponsored healthcare and gym discounts are old hat. More and more, people are looking for their jobs to shower them with awesome perks.

Glassdoor, the employer rating site, just released a list of the 20 best employee perks. A few of the choice nuggets:

— At the World Wildlife Fund, an environmental non-profit, employees get every other Friday off. These are known as “Panda Fridays.”

— At Burton Snowboards, a winter sports company based in Vermont, employees get season passes to the slopes and days off to actually use them.

— Facebook gives $4,000 in “baby cash” to new parents.

— Google will pay the surviving spouse of an employee who dies 50% of their salary for 10 years after the death.

— Walt Disney Company give employees and their guests free admission to Disney Parks.

For the full list of perks, head over to Glassdoor.
