In a world where you can get almost anything you want delivered to your front door, Starbucks (SBUX) is looking to add one more thing: coffee beans.
The Seattle-based coffee behemoth has launched a new service to bring premium coffee beans to monthly subscribers. According to a company news release, the service will bring fresh-roasted, small-lot coffees to consumers. The coffees will only be available to monthly subscribers and to customers at the Seattle Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room Starbucks locations—smaller stores brewing premium coffees.
A one-month subscription costs $24, while a year-long membership goes for $288.
