MobileIron, a Mountain View, Calif.-based provider of mobile IT security and management solutions for apps, content and devices, has raised $47.5 million in Series F funding, according to a regulatory filing. Past backers have included Institutional Venture Partners, Foundation Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital and Storm Ventures.
