AOL Inc. (NYSE: AOL) has sold its music sites and its Comics Alliance site to Townsquare Media Group, a portfolio company of Blue Chip Venture Co. and Oaktree Capital Management. No financial terms were disclosed. www.townsquaremedia.com

The Blackstone Group and Glencore Xstrata are among several suitors circling Rio Tinto’s (LSE: RIO) Canadian iron ore operations, according to Dow Jones. The deal could be worth around $4 billion.www.riotinto.com

Clearlake Capital Group has agreed to acquire the retail solutions group of Agilysys Inc. (Nasdaq: AGYS) for $34.55 million. The business provides point-of-sale, self-service and wireless mobility solutions to retailers. www.agilysys.com

Iglu.com, a UK-based online ski and cruise agency sponsored by Growth Capital Partners, has acquired Planet Cruise, a British online and TV cruise retailer. No financial terms were disclosed.www.iglu.com

MB Aerospace, a UK-based provider of highly-engineered components for the commercial and military aero-engine and industrial gas turbine markets, has acquired Delta Industries, a Hartford, Conn.-based aero-engine component manufacturer. No financial terms were disclosed. Arlington Capital Partners acquired MB Aerospace earlier this year. www.mbaerospace.co.uk

Wind Point Partners has acquired Argotec, a Greenfield, Mass.-based maker of specialty polyurethane films and sheets. No financial terms were disclosed. www.argotec.com

Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe is nearing a deal to sell Triple Point Technology Inc., a Westport, Conn.–based provider of cloud and on-premise commodity management software, to Ion Trading for around $800 million, according to Bloomberg. Triple Point was acquired for around $500 million in late 2011 by WCAS, alongside ABRY Partners and JMI Equity. Ion Trading shareholders include Karios Partners and TA Associates. www.tpt.com
