AmerisourceBergen Corp. (NYSE: ABC) has agreed to sell its contract packaging business, AndersonBrecon, to an investor group led by Frazier Healthcare for $308 million in cash. Other member of the investor group include Greenspring Associates, QIC Global Private Equity and Thomas McNerney & Partners. www.amerisourcebergen.com

Bridgepoint has acquired Oasis, a British provider of dental care services, for £185 million. Seller Duke Street Capital will retain a minority stake. www.bridgepoint.eu

European Wax Center, a Hallandale, Fla.–based provider of facial and body wax treatment services through its network of franchise stores, has raised an undisclosed amount of private equity funding from Brazos Private Equity Partners and Princeton Ventures. www.waxcenter.com

Permira
has agreed to acquire Pharmaq, an Oslo, Norway–based maker of aquatic vaccines for use in fish farms, for approximately €250 million. www.pharmaq.no

Precision for Medicine Inc., a Chevy Chase, Md.-based provider of services and infrastructure to support life science companies that focus on precision medicine, has raised $150 million in private equity funding. Backers include Oak Investment Partners, J.H. Whitney & Co. and company co-founders Ethan Leder and Mark Clein.

Sarnova Inc., a healthcare products distribution company owned by Water Street Healthcare Partners has acquired Progressive Medical International Inc., a Vista, Calif.-based distributor of new and refurbished EMS equipment and supplies. No financial terms were disclosed. www.sarnova.com

Swander Pace Capital
has acquired Caleel + Hayden Holdings Inc., a Denver-based developer of mineral-based cosmetics, from North Castle Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. www.gloprofessional.com

Vance Street Capital has acquired a majority stake in Micronics Inc., a Portsmouth, N.H.–based provider of aftermarket filtration products and OEM custom filter presses. No pricing terms were disclosed for the deal, which included debt financing from FS Investment Corp. www.micronicsinc.com
