BCBG Max Azria Group Inc. has hired The Blackstone Group to advise on a potential sale, according to Reuters. The Vernon, Calif.–based fashion house could be valued at around $1 billion. www.bcbg.com

Larry Ellison
 has purchased Island Air, an airline operator that flies between Hawaii’s islands. No financial terms were disclosed. Last year, the Oracle CEO purchased a majority of the land on Lanai.www.islandair.com

Lone Star Funds is planning to sell 4.75 million shares of Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: DFRG) via a public offering, or around 26% of its ownership position, according to a regulatory filing. Del Frisco’s shares closed trading yesterday at $17.86 per share, which would value the position at nearly $85 million. www.dfrg.com

Stanley Black & Decker has completed its $850 million cash acquisition of Infastech, a Hong Kong-based manufacturer and distributor of engineered mechanical fasteners, from CVC Capital Partnersand Standard Chartered Private Equity. Mylan
 (NYSE: MYL) has agreed to acquire Agila Specialties Pvt, an Indian maker of generic injectable drugs, from listed Indian pharma company Strides Arcolab Ltd. The deal is valued at $1.6 billion in cash.www.mylan.com

Practice Fusion, a San Francisco–based free electric medical records platform, has acquired 100Plus, a personalized health prediction startup. No financial terms were disclosed. PracticeFusion has raised around $70 million in VC funding, from firms like Morgenthaler Ventures, Artis Ventures, Felicis Ventures, Band of Angels, Glynn Capital, Founders Fund, SV Angel and Barton Asset Management. 100Plus raised just over $1 million from Greylock Partners, Founders Fund, Felicis Ventures and Band of Angels.www.practicefusion.com

Cheniere Energy Partners LP (AMEX: CQP) said in a regulatory filing that it has agreed to sell around 17.6 million common shares for $372.2 million to an investor consortium that includes RRJ Capital andGSO Capital (the hedge fund affiliate of The Blackstone Group). Dow Jones reports that RRJ is leading the deal with an investment of around $300 million, while existing Cheniere Energy backer Temasek Holdings also is participating. www.cheniereenergypartners.com

DONG Energy, an energy group majority-owned by the Danish government, said that is plans to sell approximately $1.75 billion of non-core assets and raise between $1 billion and $1.4 billion of fresh equity capital. www.dongenergy.com

Rackspace (NYSE: RAX) has acquired ObjectRocket, a cloud-based MongoDB services startup. No financial terms were disclosed. www.rackspace.com

Tessenderlo Group, a listed Belgian chemicals company, has agreed to sell its compounds business unit to Mitsubishi Chemical Corp. (Tokyo: 4188) for an undisclosed amount.www.tessenderlogroup.com

Nautic Partners has sold Big Train Inc., a Lake Forest, Calif.-based maker of liquid and powdered beverage concentrates, to Kerry Group PLC (Ireland: KRZ). No financial terms were disclosed.www.bigtrain.com

SFX Entertainment has agreed to acquire Beatport, a Denver-based dance music website, according to the NY Times. No financial terms were disclosed. Sellers include Insight Venture Partners.www.beatport.com
