Video: 1000s of developers queue up for Apple’s WWDC

FORTUNE — Four hours before CEO Tim Cook was scheduled to deliver the keynote for Apple’s (AAPL) 2012 World Wide Developers Conference — the first since Steve Jobs died — the queue of developers waiting to get into Moscone West’s Main Hall stretched around three full San Francisco city blocks and was headed back to the start of the line, where the first attendees had been waiting for nearly 12 hours.
