AVITO.ru, a Russian online classifieds website, has raised $75 million in new VC funding. Baring Vostok and Accel Partners were joined by return backers Kinnevik and Northzone. www.avito.ru

Violin Memory, a Mountain View, Calif.-based flash storage company, has raised $30 million in new Series D funding led by GE Asset Management. This is an extension to a previously-raised $50 million round at a valuation north of $800 million, from SAP Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, Toshiba and Juniper Networks.

Birst Inc., a San Francisco-based provider of on-demand business analytics, has raised $26 million in new VC funding. Sequoia Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and DAG Ventures. www.birst.com

Blueprint, a Toronto-based provider of requirements definition and management software, has raised C$15.9 million in new VC funding. Tandem Expansion Fund led the round, and was joined by return backers BDC IT Venture Fund and Walsingham Partners Fund.

CareZone, a San Francisco-based service that helps people caring for a family member, has raised $14 million in new VC funding from New Enterprise Associates, Catamount Ventures and company CEO Jonathan Schwartz. www.carezone.com

Total Attorneys, a Chicago-based customer acquisition and practice management platform, has raised $15 million in new VC funding. Bain Capital Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backer BIA Digital Partners. www.totalattorneys.com

Zimbio Inc., a San Carlos, Calif.-based provider of online entertainment content, has raised $8.9 million in Series B equity and debt funding. Menlo Ventures led the round, and was joined by Great Oaks Venture Capital, Fenwick & West Investments, Draper Associates and Comerica Bank. www.zimbio.com
Brand Affinity Technologies, an Irvine, Calif.-based celebrity endorsement and clearance platform, has raised $7.5 million in Series D funding. Matthew Pritzker Co. led the round, and was joined by return backers Miramar Venture Partners, Newport Coast Investments, RimLight, LLC, Fulcrum Venture Capital and Ad Pepper Media International. www.brandaffinity.net

DataSift, a San Francisco-based social data platform company, has raised $7.2 million in new Series A funding from existing backers GRP Partners and IA Ventures. www.datasift.com

Blue Pillar Inc., an Indianapolis-based provider of distributed energy asset management software and systems, has raised $7 million in Series B funding. Backers include Claremont Creek Ventures, Arsenal Venture Partners, Allos Ventures and OnPoint Technologies. www.bluepillar.com

Appthority, a San Francisco-based provider of app security solutions, has raised $6.25 million in Series A funding co-led by Venrock and U.S. Venture Partners. www.appthority.com

Newvem, an Israel-based provider of cloud management services, has raised $4 million in Series A funding. Greylock Partners led the round, and was joined by Index Ventures and Innovation Endeavors.www.newvem.com

Signpost, a New York-based provider of local advertising solutions for small businesses, has raised $3.75 million in Series A funding led by Spark Capital. www.signpost.com

Ruby Ribbon Inc., a Burlingame, Calif.-based fashion commerce company, has raised $3 million in seed funding from Trinity Ventures. www.rubyribbon.com

Pindrop Security, an Atlanta-based provider of enterprise solutions that help prevent phone-based fraud, has raised $1 million in seed funding from Andreessen Horowitz, GRA Venture Fund, New World Ventures, Sigma Partners and Webb Investment Network. www.pindrop.com
