KPS Capital Partners has completed the seventh recapitalization for portfolio company HHI Group Holdings LLC, a maker of wheel bearings and forged parts for various power train and wheel-end applications. The deal included a $50 million upsizing of the company’s term loan, and a $70 million cash distribution to shareholders.
